HOW IS THIS SIMILAR/DIFFERENT FROM FRESH START 21?
Fresh Start 21 is a plant-based cleanse designed to gently rid your body of toxins while filling you with lots of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. While Let’s Eat is also focused on fueling your body with nutrient-rich goodness (you’ll still see lots of veggies!), it is not a cleanse, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Also, unlike Fresh Start 21, the Let’s Eat meal plan includes dairy, eggs, bread, and the option to add meat. Of course, all of the recipes can be modified to be vegan and/or gluten free, as well!

 

IS THE PLAN VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN? IF NOT, CAN IT BE EASILY MODIFIED?
The Let’s Eat plan as written is vegetarian, as some of the recipes include dairy and/or eggs. If you’d like to add more animal protein into the mix (such as fish, shrimp, chicken, pork, or beef), go right ahead! We have an amazing Meat Guide from our favorite foodie friends that have shared their secret recipes that can be paired with any meal!  Vegan? No problem! We provide tips throughout the meal plan so that the recipes can be prepared using dairy or egg alternatives.

 

CAN THE PLAN BE EASILY MODIFIED FOR NUT, DAIRY, AND EGG ALLERGIES?
We want the recipes in Let’s Eat to be enjoyed by as many people as possible. We’ve included some tips on how to modify recipes with nut, dairy, and egg alternatives….but it’ll take some extra work on your part to tweak all the recipes to work for sensitivities or allergies.

 

CAN THE PLAN BE MODIFIED TO BE GLUTEN-FREE?
We definitely kept our gluten-free friends in mind while creating this meal plan! We provide tips + recommendations throughout the plan which may be used to modify recipes to make them gluten-free.

 

IS THIS MEAL PLAN FAMILY-FRIENDLY?
The Let’s Eat meal plan was designed with families in mind, and is meant to act as a helping hand to get families cooking + eating more nutrient-rich, unprocessed foods. Every recipe has been both adult and kid-tested, and has been given a thumbs up by people of all ages! Of course, we know one recipe won’t please everyone, so never hesitate to modify a recipe in order to meet your own family’s needs :).
