You’ve asked… and we’ve delivered!

I cannot believe it was 4 years ago that me and the SGS rawkstar team were recipe testing like mad and tweaking as best as we could to make the original Fresh Start cleanse program amazing.

Since then, over 21,000 of our community members have participated in this 21-day cleanse and insane transformations have happened because of their commitment to eating clean, whole foods for 3 weeks straight. So many have experienced increased energy levels, said goodbye to sugar cravings, and lost an average of 8 pounds after just 3 weeks of plant-powered eating. (Can I get a kale yeah!?)

It’s crazy how so much goodness could stem from a few passionate green smoothie rawkstars, foodies and a holistic nutritionist. What I’ve learned through all of this is: surround yourself with people with good hearts. They are the ones that will change the world for the better.  Case in point: Fresh Start.

Over the years, I’ve received feedback from fellow cleanse warriors asking us if we planned to create a seasonal 21-day cleanse. They wanted more recipes and more support to keep on going. I totally get it because that’s what I wanted too!

Well rawkstar, I’m super excited to announce that Fresh Start (spring) is finally here!
