Banana Peach Smoothie Ingredients

This smoothie uses a small handful of ingredients that blend into a smooth, lightly sweet drink with a soft, creamy texture.

  • Spinach blends easily and adds a mild leafy green vegetable boost without changing the flavor much.
  • Water helps everything blend smoothly while keeping the smoothie light and refreshing
  • Peaches bring natural sweetness and a soft, juicy flavor that makes this smoothie bright and refreshing. Using frozen peaches also helps create a thicker texture.
  • Banana adds natural creaminess and rounds out the fruit flavors. Using half a banana keeps the smoothie balanced while still smooth and freeze bananas for future smoothies while you’re at it.

Used frozen peaches. Can’t wait until they are in season here, just a FEW more months.

I used frozen peaches, so I added extra to enhance the flavor, which was a good call. I can’t wait to try it during peach season.

I love peaches, but this smoothie was not great for me. Maybe it is the frozen peaches that aren’t working for me. I will try it again though when fresh peaches are available.

This was yum. I unknowingly blended a variation of this smoothie 2 days in a row because my body must have loved it!

I haven’t yet found anything I don’t like about these smoothies! I just love them all!❤️❤️❤️

Love this smoothie, but I had a frozen fruit combo mixture that I used… Strawberries mango pineapple and peaches.

Nice and refreshing. I used a mix of mango, papaya and pineapple for the peaches as I had none and it was a good replacement.

Super bland and I tasted mostly spinach. Maybe would be better with fresh peaches.

This was pretty bland, which is kind of what I was expecting since I feel like frozen peaches never have much flavor. I’d like to try it again in the summer with fresh, juicy peaches! Still not bad, though. Just very mild flavor.

Not typically a fan of peaches, so I never venture with them in smoothies until this week. I was surprised to find I actually liked this! I let the peaches thaw a little before blending to brimming out more of their natural sweetness.

  11. I loved this smoothie. Even my kids were asking for it, and that’s always a plus!

We had really, really ripe bananas and I wanted to taste the peach flavour of this smoothie, so I branched out and added avocado instead. It was so creamy and delicious! Hubby wanted the banana, so we made two and had a side by side comparison. The peach was definitely more noticeable in the avocado mix.

  13. I I enjoyed this smoothie. I did substitute almond milk for the water to make it creamier. Overall it was simple and tasty.

I loved the Peach smoothie for today, definitely one of my favorite recipes so far! Some of the others didn’t blend quite well enough for me, I may have to convince the hubby to get me a nicer blender 🙂
