Banana Peach Smoothie Ingredients

This smoothie uses a small handful of ingredients that blend into a smooth, lightly sweet drink with a soft, creamy texture.

  • Spinach blends easily and adds a mild leafy green vegetable boost without changing the flavor much.
  • Water helps everything blend smoothly while keeping the smoothie light and refreshing
  • Peaches bring natural sweetness and a soft, juicy flavor that makes this smoothie bright and refreshing. Using frozen peaches also helps create a thicker texture.
  • Banana adds natural creaminess and rounds out the fruit flavors. Using half a banana keeps the smoothie balanced while still smooth and freeze bananas for future smoothies while you’re at it.

  • Step 2: Add frozen peaches and banana, then blend again until creamy and smooth.
  • Step 3: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Recipe Tips

If you blend this banana peach smoothie, feel free to customize it to fit what you need.

  • Add almond milk or coconut milk for a richer, creamier result
  • Add protein powder for a more filling smoothie
  • Blend in chia seeds or hemp seeds for added texture
  • Swap spinach with kale for a slightly deeper green flavor

This smoothie hit the spot tasting absolutely wonderful and the kids just kept asking for more too! A great way to use up some of the peaches we froze from our tree last year. We will definitely be using this smoothie combo again! I added ground flax without any complaints from the kids as well.

    1. Love that you’re blending as a family! Such a great way to get diff fruits + veggies into our kids. You go mama!

This is PERFECT green smoothie for beginners to do! I have been doing green smoothies for about a year now and I personally found it to be a bit to sweet for me. That being said, I still loved it! I also added extra things like chia see, flax seed, and hemp hearts .

This smoothie was very easy to make and was refreshing and light. I used frozen peaches and a frozen banana. It is a pretty green color from the spinach, but I could only taste the fruit. I’m looking forward to trying this again, adding some chia sees, nut butter, yogurt or protein powder.

I made this up this morning and added a small chunk of candied ginger for added zing. Frozen nectarines were substituted for peaches and I used half a frozen banana. Terrific!

    1. Hi Churice! You can totally add some additional banana, a touch of mango, a bit of avocado, or unflavored collagen powder to thicken any smoothie if needed. Happy blending!

This is one delicious green smoothie. A great way to start things off!

This smoothie has the perfect level of sweetness and creaminess. I used frozen peaches and substituted avocado for the banana. I would have liked a bit more peaches flavor, but fresh peaches might take care of that.

My first try. Store was out of frozen peaches so used mango instead. Tasted strongly of spinach. So just okay. Maybe it would have been better with the peaches. I’ll try it again when I can find them.

    1. Def let us know what you think when you get to try it with peaches Barbara. Also, if you need to back off the amount of spinach for your first couple of smoothies until you get used to it, go for it! Better to blend with a little less, than to not blend at all! 🙂
