Banana Peach Smoothie Ingredients

This smoothie uses a small handful of ingredients that blend into a smooth, lightly sweet drink with a soft, creamy texture.

  • Spinach blends easily and adds a mild leafy green vegetable boost without changing the flavor much.
  • Water helps everything blend smoothly while keeping the smoothie light and refreshing
  • Peaches bring natural sweetness and a soft, juicy flavor that makes this smoothie bright and refreshing. Using frozen peaches also helps create a thicker texture.
  • Banana adds natural creaminess and rounds out the fruit flavors. Using half a banana keeps the smoothie balanced while still smooth and freeze bananas for future smoothies while you’re at it.

  • Step 2: Add frozen peaches and banana, then blend again until creamy and smooth.
  • Step 3: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Recipe Tips

If you blend this banana peach smoothie, feel free to customize it to fit what you need.

  • Add almond milk or coconut milk for a richer, creamier result
  • Add protein powder for a more filling smoothie

    1. Yay!! Almond milk def makes for a creamier smoothie. Way to swap in some additional protein that way too!

  1. I substituted mango for the peach. The smoothie was more bland than the usual smoothies I make.

    1. Def increase banana or add a bit more mango next time to up that yummy factor and let us know what you think!

I love how simple this smoothie is but it didn’t have much flavor. I guess the frozen peaches don’t have as much flavor as fresh ones!

  3. First green smoothie with these simple ingredients. And I have to say, I like it. LOL Ready to try the next one.

    1. Way to blend it Sharon! You’re a rawkstar now!

I think I will try this with fresh peaches when they are in season. Wasn’t bad, but not my most favorite as I couldn’t taste the peaches.

Couldn’t taste the peaches I just tasted the peanut butter that I put in..

    2. Peanut butter is def a way to grab some more protein, Luis. Yet it will totally take over a peach any time! 😉

    3. Def give it another blend with those fresh peaches and tell us what ya think, Heather. 🙂

This was really good! You would never guess it was low calorie. I made it a meal replacement and it kept my satisfied all morning!

This was a delicious smoothie. Mu while family enjoyed it. It went from Uuhh! I’ll try it to this is great.

Simply refreshing, I used frozen peaches and frozen banana chunks (I freeze my bananas peeled when they start to over ripen) but may have added a little extra water as it didn’t come out as thick as others. Regardless it was delicious and a great lunch on the go.

I didn’t love the taste of this one – it was kinda bland. It tasted too much like banana and not peach. My banana was pretty ripe, so that could’ve helped to mask the taste of the peaches. However, it was refreshing and light, which I enjoyed. I had it in the evening and found myself full; the consistency/thickness was great.

    1. So glad you gave this a try, Hope! Next time, you can def add more peach or even try fresh peaches for a stronger flavor.

Day 1 of challenge! Off to a good start. The peach smoothie was delicious and satisfying, Kept me going all morning. I was surprised with how thick the consistency was. I did add my favorite protein powder.

This is a simple yet delicious smoothie! I never really use peaches in my smoothie. Thanks to this challenge, I have a new fave!

I am new to the smoothie world. My daughters have been making smoothies for a long time, so I know they can taste delicious. I made todays smoothie following the recipe, but it tasted too green for me. Maybe more banana or peaches would have tasted better to me. I am looking forward to tomorrow’s recipe. I love cherries!

    1. Love that you’re here with us Linda! Def feel free to back off the spinach a touch if needed as you get used to having it smoothies. Can’t wait to hear what you think of tomorrow’s Mixed Berry smoothie!

I liked this smoothie! A great way to start the challenge. It was tart & refreshing. I added some extra frozen banana because I needed a little extra sweetness today 😉

  14. 4 stars
I liked this smoothie, but I think I needed riper peaches. I have a bag of frozen, and they weren’t very sweet, but I still enjoyed the smoothie.

    1. Kale can be a bit stronger than spinach in a smoothie. Def let us know what you think next time if you blend it with spinach! 🙂
