- Blend the spinach, coconut water, and orange together on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and free of any leafy chunks.
- Peel or chop the fruits as needed, ensuring they are ready to blend. Add the prepared fruit to the blender, layering it on top of the blended spinach mixture.
- Blend again, starting at a low speed and gradually increasing to high until the smoothie is creamy and fully combined.

Wow, Iโll be on Island Green time anytime with that smoothie! I had cut a fresh pineapple yesterday that was impossibly sweet in the best way, and the addition of the orange was a great balance. It was my 1st time using coconut water in a smoothie, and wonโt be my last! This combo had such a lovely islandy fruity flavor, even with the addition of the homemade protein powder. Used all fresh fruit for this mornings blend. Very tasty combination. This one was ok for me. A bit too heavy on the acid. Between the orange and pineapple. I can do without. A nice try, and what not to use for me.

I liked this better than the Day 1 Smoothie. However, I did change this up a little too. Instead of coconut water (which I don’t like) here’s what I used. I had some red grapes that had a good flavor but awful texture. I blended them up in my Vitamix to make “grape juice”. So, I used a cup of that instead of the coconut water. I also made this a “meal replacement” as mentioned on the website and added 2 TBS of Quick Oats and 1 TBS of raw Almonds (this amount was for 2 servings). I’ve also been doing the “Fat Burning Smoothie for Weight Loss” at lunch time.

This smoothie is delicious. I made it the night before, and it held up well when I had it the next day. It’s filling, so I didn’t end up drinking it too fast even though it tasted really good.
This allowed me to slowly enjoy it and stay satisfied without needing more food before lunch.

Another yummy drink! I’m a bit of a weirdo about texture, so I have a hard time with some foods, as well as the taste of a lot, so I’ve always had a hard time with pineapple and mango (there just a bit too much for me) but mixed into drinks, I LOVE them!!
