It’s important that the calories we consume are quality calories, especially if we’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve our overall health.

Adding a plant-based protein powder or unsweetened Greek yogurt to your smoothies can be a great way to do this. - Fill your blender with kale, cucumber, celery, and cooled green tea.

You can totally drink this smoothie multiple days. If you’re like me, when I like something, I have it over and over again. The only thing to take into consideration is rotating your leafy greens. So if you love making this recipe, just make sure you’re changing up what leafy green you’re using. Instead of spinach, maybe try swapping in romaine or kale.
