Hi Roni,
Not a fan of bananas? I’ve got you covered! Some great substitutes are mango, papaya, pears, unsweetened applesauce, chia seeds, nut butters, fresh dates, + avocado (won’t add sweetness, but the creaminess we love).

I’m sipping this smoothie right now…and YUM! I didn’t have any almond butter on hand, so I added a handful of raw almonds and blended them with the almond milk and spinach. This is delicious! I’m excited to include green smoothies into my day. My goal is to have one instead of reaching for that cup of coffee in the afternoon. Thanks for the yummy recipes!

Made this tonight and it was delicious!! I didn’t have any bananas, but I did have a peach that needed to be used –and for me it was a perfect swap. (My husband added a little vanilla flavored protein powder to his glass and said it enhanced the flavor from the cherries.)
Yep! The #1 rated green smoothie recipe according to Google & our rawkstar community is this green gem! Kids, adults, dogs, chickens, and grandparents have all taste tested it and agree: it's the best.
