Well, we all know what that means… the Girl Scouts will be hitting the streets with their sashes and adorable sales pitches that no mom can resist. I think we can all agree that it's best that we only have the opportunity to buy these cookies once a year!
Allowing ourselves to have these kind of treats every once in awhile helps keep us eating healthy in the long run.
Don't misunderstand – we love us some Girl Scout cookies, but we make sure to treat them like a treat (and share!). I'm pretty sure it feels like each sleeve of Thin Mints is a single serving!

Skinny Mint Green Smoothie
- 2 cups almond milk unsweetened
- 1 ½ cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 bananas
- ½ avocado
- 4 medjool dates pitted
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- OPTIONAL: cacao nibs sprinkled on top
- Blend spinach, mint, and almond milk until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
*Use frozen fruit to make smoothie cold.
