Such a fun smoothie! Is there a recipe for homemade coconut whipped cream that you would recommend? I found some at Trader Joe’s, yet would love to make my own.

Bought the book, tried this recipe. This is beyond delish. I used to make a variation of this with regular unsweetened dutch processed cocoa, vanilla syrup, and some other unhealthy stuff. But this recipe is more tasty, more healthy, and I’m amazed that I can’t taste the spinach. I’ve never used cacao powder before and never knew of its benefits. I dont feel any guilt in drinking this. Thanks for this great recipe!
Hi Meaninc,

Hi! Loving your recipes. Thank you! Just wondering if your book will be sold in australia? I realise it can be ordered but with the exchange rate and postage it cost quite a bit. And i also realise it is an ebook but u would really like a hard copy.
Lovely idea
Thanks Mariane! 🙂
So is there a recipe for the homemade coconut whipped cream?
Hi Cheyenne,
There is! 🙂 Check out our book hitting shelves on November 3rd!

is there a reason there isn’t any calorie information given with your smoothies recipes? Are they given in your new book?
Judi,
Sms doesn’t include caloric or macronutrient info. If you wanted to look it up in myfitnesspal, that’s an option.
Hi Judi,
We personally don’t count calories, so we don’t include them in our recipes at this time. You’ll find that when you consume more nourishing whole fruits and veggies, you will not only feel full longer, but you’ll also have lessened cravings for high-calorie, nutritionally empty foods. So in the end it balances out. But we know many people would like to have calorie info. Three great resources for tracking calories are Self Nutrition Data, and the phone apps: My Fitness Pal and Lose It.
loveing the nutri bullet best ever
Hi Kathy,
I blend with a NutriBullet and love it too! It’s a powerhouse mini-blender!!
Cheers 🙂
