Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie

Combine two of the best summer fruits to create a flavorful Strawberry Watermelon smoothie bursting with nutrients. The fresh ginger adds a pleasant warmth to the smoothie and also helps the digestive system.



  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup watermelon
  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 1” fresh ginger


  1. Blend spinach, water and watermelon together until all leafy chunks are gone.
  2. Add in strawberries and fresh ginger root. Blend again.
  3. Serve in a glass and enjoy the taste of summer.
