Combine two of the best summer fruits to create a flavorful Strawberry Watermelon smoothie bursting with nutrients. The fresh ginger adds a pleasant warmth to the smoothie and also helps the digestive system.
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup watermelon
- 3/4 cup strawberries
- 1” fresh ginger
- Blend spinach, water and watermelon together until all leafy chunks are gone.
- Add in strawberries and fresh ginger root. Blend again.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy the taste of summer.
