Sit back and relax with this tropical smoothie, that will leave you feeling like you’re laying on the beach in the sun.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serving Protein Smoothie Boost (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach and orange until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 
  3. Enjoy!

Use at least 1 frozen fruit for a refreshingly cold smoothie
