This challenge is for you if…
Ten days, ten salads, and the shopping already worked out. Here’s who it’s really for.
Your salads have gone boring
The same leaves and bottled dressing every time. Ten days of recipes that taste like you meant it.
You want a real meal, not a side
Pasta salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables — hearty enough to be lunch and dinner.
You want more vegetables in your day
The easiest way to eat a lot of them, without turning the oven on most nights.
You hate wasting produce
One grocery list for the whole ten days, so the greens get used before they turn.
Lunch is the meal you skip
Something ready in the fridge beats whatever is quickest at one o’clock.
You like doing it with other people
A challenge with a start date, daily emails, and a crowd doing it alongside you.
What’s inside the challenge
Ten days of salads worth looking forward to, with the thinking already done.

Menu
10-day salad menu
A new one every day — Healthy Taco, Vegan Potato, Kale Caesar, Bright Berry. Each serves two, so dinner leaves lunch behind.

Groceries
One grocery list
Split across two trips, days 1–5 and 6–10, so the spinach never turns before you reach it.

Prep
A salad prep guide
Dressings made ahead in little jars, vegetables chopped and waiting. Then it is grab, toss and eat.

Emails
Motivation emails
Encouragement, quick tips and reminders from me, start to finish. We’re in this together.

Fuel your passion
It started with one green smoothie. That was the whole plan — one a day, every day, and let it add up. I was exhausted, stressed out and frustrated with my body, and a smoothie was the one thing I could manage.
Smoothies turned into soups, soups turned into salads, and eventually it turned into this. Somewhere along the way I stopped surviving each day and started living it — a backyard family farm, running across the Grand Canyon twice in a single day, hiking to the top of the tallest waterfall in North America with my kids.
What I’ve learned from all of it is that repetition and focus are what make results happen. So ten days of salads, one after another, will get you good at this — confident making salads that are filling, full of flavor, and that actually taste good.

FAQs
Two. Enjoy one for dinner and the other as lunch leftovers the next day, or do the challenge with someone and have exactly the right amount each day. The shopping list is worked out on that basis.
So your produce doesn’t go bad. You buy only what you need for the first five days, then shop again for days six to ten. There’s nothing enjoyable about opening a bag of rancid spinach.
Both, and that’s deliberate. Fruit salads, potato salads, garden salads — some are filling enough to be dinner on their own, others are better alongside something. It’s up to you which way you take each one.
Yes, and I’d recommend it. Make the dressings ahead and keep them in small airtight containers, and chop most of the vegetables and fruit in advance — just wait to wash until you’re ready to eat. Three recipes want nuts soaked the night before, so set a phone reminder.
Not at all. Keep drinking one right through the challenge — I will. The more plants, the merrier.
A ten-day salad menu, a done-for-you grocery list split across the two shopping trips, a salad prep guide, a full-colour interactive PDF, and a motivation email from me each day. It’s yours to keep and cook from again.

What people say after ten days of salads.
Appreciate the Enthusiasm|but Room for Improvement
I didn’t always want to make the exact salad that was promoted each day. Many were too sweet; they also don’t all use seasonal ingredients and/or what I have on hand. Therefore it seemed too prescriptive. I’d suggest offering more flexibility in the future. Also I’d suggest promoting local meet-ups (eg potlucks group walks) in cities where multiple participants live so this could be more engaging.
Salad Shenanigans
It was indeed a challenge! And a welcome one. A time to reset a time to commit to structure and discipline with learning and tastebud joy mixed in! A recipe for success. It was also a wonderful experience shared with my family spending time cooking together and exploring new food combinations and completely new foods (walnut meat!). It feels good to complete the challenge and I look forward to the next! Let’s get up to some shenanigans again soon 🙂
Fresh Start!
I am so happy that I found this 10-Day Challenge which has now turned into a “lifetime commitment.” This challenge has opened my mind to many different things not only amazing new recipes(which is why I signed up) but I also gained new confidence in trying things that I never thought I would. It has also allowed me to be more committed to myself. Not only for me but for my family as well. Many of the new recipes will be added to our weekly meals…even the kids enjoyed them! Thank you for putting this together and helping me bring a large variety of new challenges into our home. The daily posts were a huge inspiration to even “play” with the recipes given and create new ideas. My favorite so far has been the taco salad…who knew “walnut taco meat” delicious and the cashew cream can be used for so many things! Thanks again!
Veggies for days!
I really enjoyed this challenge. Working at a pretty demanding job with a long commute means that putting the effort into eating healthy doesn’t always happen for me like it should. Having the recipes AND the shopping lists made this challenge so much easier! I can do stuff like this if someone just does the planning for me! I plan to keep on adding more fruits and veggies to my diet. At this point I am probably 90% vegetarian. I feel good and I’ve noticed that even though the scale hasn’t actually moved my tummy is flatter and my jeans feel a little looser. I also enjoyed the recipes so much! Many of them I will definitely be making again!
Healthy Lifestyle
Eating a healthy diet is my regular lifestyle with lots of fruits and vegetables every day. Prefer my vegetables cooked and not always made into a salad. Mixed fruit is always made and eaten daily. Some salad items mentioned are not always available or affordable so use and eat what is in budget.
Fun with munch and crunch
Enjoyed trying the different salad recipes Made eatings daily salads fun Also felt good about myself and my eating habits Encouraged me to workout to keep up with healthy eating
Vegging, Learning, Loving
Vegging—eating more and more varied vegetables and feeling better Learning—trying new combinations with yummy dressings made it easy to keep going even with some major challenges in the process (travel to help my 93 y.o. mom) Loving—Loving the energy and natural glow that I have when I eat whole plant foods AND the support from this wonderful community.
Greens for Greatness
What a fun way to jump into the spring season with a salad challenge. I had a great time eating them all. However, I am particularly fond of any taco Tuesday… so the Healthy Taco Salad gets top honors from me.
Fun excuse to add more greens!
This was a great experience, loved the concept. It really helped encourage a new habit. I didn’t stick to all the recipes but appreciate inspiration. Even got my kids on board!
Go Green in Spring
This was an amazing 10-day challenge. I absolutely love salads and eat them everyday but my husband usually won’t eat them. I think I have made a convert in him with this challenge. He is now asking for salads!!!
