This challenge is for you if…
Ten days, ten salads, and the shopping already worked out. Here’s who it’s really for.
Your salads have gone boring
The same leaves and bottled dressing every time. Ten days of recipes that taste like you meant it.
You want a real meal, not a side
Pasta salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables — hearty enough to be lunch and dinner.
You want more vegetables in your day
The easiest way to eat a lot of them, without turning the oven on most nights.
You hate wasting produce
One grocery list for the whole ten days, so the greens get used before they turn.
Lunch is the meal you skip
Something ready in the fridge beats whatever is quickest at one o’clock.
You like doing it with other people
A challenge with a start date, daily emails, and a crowd doing it alongside you.
What’s inside the challenge
Ten days of salads worth looking forward to, with the thinking already done.

Menu
10-day salad menu
A new one every day — Healthy Taco, Vegan Potato, Kale Caesar, Bright Berry. Each serves two, so dinner leaves lunch behind.

Groceries
One grocery list
Split across two trips, days 1–5 and 6–10, so the spinach never turns before you reach it.

Prep
A salad prep guide
Dressings made ahead in little jars, vegetables chopped and waiting. Then it is grab, toss and eat.

Emails
Motivation emails
Encouragement, quick tips and reminders from me, start to finish. We’re in this together.

Fuel your passion
It started with one green smoothie. That was the whole plan — one a day, every day, and let it add up. I was exhausted, stressed out and frustrated with my body, and a smoothie was the one thing I could manage.
Smoothies turned into soups, soups turned into salads, and eventually it turned into this. Somewhere along the way I stopped surviving each day and started living it — a backyard family farm, running across the Grand Canyon twice in a single day, hiking to the top of the tallest waterfall in North America with my kids.
What I’ve learned from all of it is that repetition and focus are what make results happen. So ten days of salads, one after another, will get you good at this — confident making salads that are filling, full of flavor, and that actually taste good.

FAQs
Two. Enjoy one for dinner and the other as lunch leftovers the next day, or do the challenge with someone and have exactly the right amount each day. The shopping list is worked out on that basis.
So your produce doesn’t go bad. You buy only what you need for the first five days, then shop again for days six to ten. There’s nothing enjoyable about opening a bag of rancid spinach.
Both, and that’s deliberate. Fruit salads, potato salads, garden salads — some are filling enough to be dinner on their own, others are better alongside something. It’s up to you which way you take each one.
Yes, and I’d recommend it. Make the dressings ahead and keep them in small airtight containers, and chop most of the vegetables and fruit in advance — just wait to wash until you’re ready to eat. Three recipes want nuts soaked the night before, so set a phone reminder.
Not at all. Keep drinking one right through the challenge — I will. The more plants, the merrier.
A ten-day salad menu, a done-for-you grocery list split across the two shopping trips, a salad prep guide, a full-colour interactive PDF, and a motivation email from me each day. It’s yours to keep and cook from again.

Like new recipe ideas
I liked the challenge and recipe ideas. It would be great to have had a grocery list up front (sorry if you provided one and I missed it). I don’t live near a grocery store, so it wasn’t feasible to run and get the ingredients that I didn’t have each day. Therefore, I didn’t participate in making the salads daily and commenting on them.
Not my best performance
I had good intentions. I eat strictly gluten free, so when I saw that many of the salads weren’t gluten free, I lost interest. My other excuse is that I nearing the end of a 90 day thyroid healing protocol. It includes many fruits and veggies so I felt it best to focus on that.
Great Challenge – feel great!
Great recipes, great challenge! Feel great and have tools to increase health!
Eating salad everyday is NOT boring!
I loved the variety and versatility of these recipes. Most of the prep was pretty easy, which just goes to show that eating healthy is not hard, it just takes intentionality. I will be making all of these again!
Beautiful! Tasty! & Fun!
I love this challenge! Not only does every recipe have a beautiful photo to go with it, so I know if mine came out close to what it’s supposed to look like, they taste amazing! I don’t feel bloated anymore! Yay… So grateful for Jen and Team for all the great support, I’m on my way to a healthier me!
Fun and helpful
I loved how fun the recipes are, no boring salads. Very helpful to feel excited about eating healthy foods
The End…..NOT
I bought the 10 day challenge recipe book just before the salad challenge began. I’m glad I did! All of the recipes are world’s away from my humdrum salads. I learned through this challenge that I can eat better without sacrificing flavor. I still am and forever will be a “meat and potatoes” girl just with more plants added🙂. And now that I have the book. I have every smoothie, salad and soup recipe at my fingertips. I highly recommend getting one, if you haven’t already!
Delicious!
I recently became interested in eating more salads and was excited to see this challenge! Every salad was delicious and filling. I honestly didn’t even miss the meat, and I will be making these salads again!
Live the life of Green
I really enjoyed all the salads. I especially like the variety that I wouldn’t normally choose. I will continue to enjoy all the flavorness!
Challenge smallenge
It was so nice to get out of my same old boring routine and try something new!
Spring into Salads!
I was a little apprehensive going into this challenge because I didn’t know whether I’d realistically have the time to do all 10 salads in 10 days, but I quickly fell in love with the salads and learning a few new tricks, so I made the time every evening! I utterly enjoyed every single one of the salads and dressings and can’t wait to continue making them all again. I also found that it was easy to inspire and excite others between describing the salads and sharing my own photos of what I’d made and can’t wait to continue to do so with my own recipes in the future. This was the perfect way to welcome Spring!
not just your basic salads
I really enjoyed this challenge! It was so nice to have all the recipes, meal prep tips and shopping lists sent right to me. Took away a lot of the hassle I usually feel about making my own salads!
Great recipes
I really liked the two recipes I received. I was looking forward to trying all of them
Greens for a lifetime
Love salads, they are a go to for me!!! Great incentive to live by!
Rawking Deliciousness Challenge
Once again Jen and her Team have put together another great Challenge and Challenge it was. The combinations of tastes, texture and foods, some of which I haven’t put together before and then enjoyed, that took me out of my usual salad range. The support and friendliness in the FB Group was just so good, people sharing their photos and saying what they changed, liked, loved or didn’t like (myself included 😊) was so reassuring. The feedback was always encouraging and positive, what more could you want or need from a Challenge. Well there was more, an extra challenge, Run the Edge, this just took it up a notch to another level, the Team at RTE were very supportive and responsive to questions asked. Well done to everyone involved in this Simple Green Smoothie Salad Challenge.
