Fresh Start (Spring): A Day In The Life

Want more energy, need to zap those ravishing sugar cravings once and for all, or can’t wait to slip into a certain pair of jeans hanging in the back of your closet?

Whatever you’re wishing for… I’m glad you’re thinking about getting there with Fresh Start: A 21-Day Cleanse. Our whole foods, plant-powered cleanse is a great way to nourish your body and get lasting, all-natural results.

I also get that before you commit to a 21-day plant-powered meal plan and make the investment, you want to know what it’s about. And most importantly…

What will I be eating for 21 days?!

Lettuce and carrots… with a little green juice.

just kidding 🙂

You will literally cook and eat your way through 21 days of amazing meals that are packed with flavor. I promise none of them are not even close to rabbit food. I’ve laid out a 1-day sample meal plan so you can see exactly what you’ll be eating from the time you wake up ’til the time you go to bed… including snacks, smoothies and meals. Every day is structured the same way, just with more delicious recipes to keep your tastebuds happy and your cooking skills growing.

I hope you give all of these recipes a try and see how amazing whole food, clean eating can be!

Hi! What can be substituted for almond milk and the tree nuts that are included in the recipes? Thanks

I’m in Australia so will be purchasing the Autumn cleanse, but I’m keen to be part of the facebook group too! Is this possible?

If we purchased a previous cleanse, is there any break in the price for this one? Just thought I’d ask. ; )

Hi, I’d like to know too please.

      • Kim 3.23.2017 at 6:24 pm #

me too. seems like there is a repeat of some of the recipes in the previous cleanse.

        Hi Kim,

All of the recipes are new! This is actually 2 years in the making and we’re so excited to share this new cleanse with you!

The only two recipes you will see repeated is the Morning Tonic and Spiced Almond Milk, because they’re pretty much perfect and we couldn’t even imagine a cleanse without them!

        Hope this helps!

      Hi Jo,

Thank you so much for being part of our SGS cleanse tribe! In place of offering a discount to just one part of our community, because we love everyone, we decided to offer access to our Live Community Cleanse kicking off on April 3rd for FREE! It’s usually a $30 value.

      Hope that helps!

I’m eager to try but I’d need a chef to make all of this every day.

    • SGS Rawkstar 3.22.2017 at 3:15 am #

      Hi Lary,

Worried about all of the cooking? We’re all about prepping. Spending some time in the kitchen on Sunday, makes the week super easy + plant-powered. Also, who doesn’t love leftovers? During the week you’ll cook dinner, and keep the second serving on hand for lunch the next day. It really cuts down on cooking and makes your day simple!

Do the meals contain any wheat, brewers yeast, bakes yeast , eggs or sun flower seeds – sounds weird I know but I have tested +3/+4 for all the above and try to stay away from them as best I can.
    Thanks
    Helen

      Hi Helen,

We’ve got you covered! All of our recipes are vegan + gluten free! You also won’t see yeast or eggs! You will see sunflower seeds, but you can simply swap them out for another seed or nut your body does!
