  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups strawberries frozen
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup raw or cooked beet diced

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach and water until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
