I’m excited to hear about your new book and the expansion into dinner recipes. I really enjoyed the July smoothie challenge! However, I’ve fallen off the green smoothie “wagon” with the back to school hustle and bustle. So….Hooray October Challenge!! Will I automatically be part of the new challenge or do I need to sign up again?

    My favorite concoction:
    2 handfuls baby spinach
    1 apple
    1 cup O.J.
    15 frozen strawberries
    1/2 stalk celery
    1 tbsp ground flax seed
If needed, more OJ to make blending easier.
On occasion I have added vanilla Greek yogurt, banana and blueberry.
