Banana Berry Green Machine Smoothie Recipe
1 cup spinach, fresh
1 cup kale, fresh
2 cups water
1 cup mixed berries
2 cups mixed fruits
4 tablespoons hemp protein
Blend spinach, kale and water until smooth. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
* Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold.
We like to add hemp protein as a plant-based protein booster in our green smoothies.
