This smoothie uses a small handful of ingredients that blend into a smooth, lightly sweet drink with a soft, creamy texture.
- Spinach blends easily and adds a mild leafy green vegetable boost without changing the flavor much.
- Water helps everything blend smoothly while keeping the smoothie light and refreshing
- Peaches bring natural sweetness and a soft, juicy flavor that makes this smoothie bright and refreshing. Using frozen peaches also helps create a thicker texture.
- Banana adds natural creaminess and rounds out the fruit flavors. Using half a banana keeps the smoothie balanced while still smooth and freeze bananas for future smoothies while you’re at it.

- Feel free to swap the banana out for ½ avocado if you want to cut the fruit sugars even more.
- If your spinach goes bad quickly, learn to freeze spinach so you always have some on hand.
- Swap spinach with the leafy green vegetables of your choice.

I’m not normally a peach fan, but fresh peaches sure make this yummy!
This may be my new Fav.
Banana tends to spike my blood sugar, yet I added Smoothie Boost to this recipe and it really helped keep my levels stable. Thanks!
I can’t wait for peach season, so I can put this recipe back in my rotation!
Peach season is around the corner – this recipe is definitely going to be on repeat!
I loved this one! I blended with almond milk instead of water, and it was very delicious and very peachy!
Swapping out water for almond milk is a great choice, Sloane. Makes the smoothie a little creamier + a little more protein. Rawk on!
Peach is good and I will try it again with a different type of peach in hopes of a more peach flavor. Since this is my new breakfast with the protein smoothie powder each morning.
I’ve made this one on my own and I LOVE peaches but the flavor doesn’t seem to come through so not a big fan. I’d rather make a berry one or the orange one. I can’t wait to make the cinnamon one!!
This is def all about trying diff recipes and flavors to find what you love. Way to blend new things, Lynne!
Love this recipe, it was a great way to use my frozen peaches.
Like the other recipes I’ve tried from this blog so far, there is no spinach taste, which is great for me! I used frozen peaches and a fresh but not super-ripe banana. I didn’t find this one to have a lot of flavor, but like the other recipes, this might be improved by using fresh and/or more ripe fruit.
For sure! Let us know what you think when you blend again with fresh peaches and a ripe banana, Bonnie.
pretty good but would add more peaches and replace banana with avocado
I loved how simple this smoothie is, but still tastes great! Also, not as sweet as I thought it would be which I liked.
This was a refreshing drink, but not as flavorful or dense as I would like. I didn’t have any bananas, so left that out & peaches aren’t in season yet, so used frozen. I’m sure a banana & fresh peaches would make a difference.
Def give it another blend with some fresh peaches and banana. We think you’ll love it!
This tastes good.
It was a good refreshing smoothie but will use fresh peaches the next time I make this. Not much flavor.
I loved this one, the peach banana combo really satisfied my sweet tooth.
The peach took away the strong tang of the spinach. I have a strong sense of taste. Raw spinach is as green as I’ve been able to go when adding to smoothies. This is a great tasting smoothie!
I really enjoyed this smoothie! Very simple and delicious! Will definitely be making this again!
I loved the hint of peach taste I had. Might be even better with a fresh peach instead of frozen.
Fresh peach or adding in another stone fruit like nectarine will def up that flavor for you VJ. Thanks for giving it a blend!
I was thoroughly surprised at how delicious this smoothie was. I added a scoop of protein to make it a complete meal. Will definitely be making this one again.
