Banana Peach Smoothie Ingredients

This smoothie uses a small handful of ingredients that blend into a smooth, lightly sweet drink with a soft, creamy texture.

  • Spinach blends easily and adds a mild leafy green vegetable boost without changing the flavor much.
  • Water helps everything blend smoothly while keeping the smoothie light and refreshing
  • Peaches bring natural sweetness and a soft, juicy flavor that makes this smoothie bright and refreshing. Using frozen peaches also helps create a thicker texture.
  • Banana adds natural creaminess and rounds out the fruit flavors. Using half a banana keeps the smoothie balanced while still smooth and freeze bananas for future smoothies while you’re at it.

  • Step 2: Add frozen peaches and banana, then blend again until creamy and smooth.
  • Step 3: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Recipe Tips

If you blend this banana peach smoothie, feel free to customize it to fit what you need.

  • Add protein, change the fruit, or adjust the thickness to make it your perfect blend.
  • Add almond milk or coconut milk for a richer, creamier result
  • Add protein powder for a more filling smoothie
  • Blend in chia seeds or hemp seeds for added texture
  • Swap spinach with kale for a slightly deeper green flavor

Had to use frozen peaches and it tasted good but I plan on making it again when I can get some fresh, juicy local peaches. I subbed almond milk (MALK) and added a chunk of fresh ginger root and it was creamy and delicious.

  2. This one was just okay, not sure why I didn’t like it as much. I didn’t have a fresh peach and used frozen – that might be it. Will try again when I can get a fresh peach.

    1. Shelli, def try it again when you can get fresh peaches!

I had to use mango instead, were under quarantine so some foods are limited. It was still delicious!

    1. That’s totally ok, Tracy! You made what you have work for the smoothie and you’re still blending so that’s a win in our book!

    1. Yes it does! I bet it tasted like a tropical umbrella drink. 🙂

Simple and I like that the ingredients can be purchased frozen at the grocery store. Seems like frozen fruits are a bit easier for me to find lately.

  6. Yummy, just wish I had fresh peaches. I feel like the flavour would be better if I had fresh peaches.

    1. I agree, I love fresh peaches much better. When I can’t find them though, I thaw my frozen peaches overnight and when I blend them in my smoothies, that great peach flavor is a bit more pronounced.

  7. Day 1 smoothie was great. Took it on the go to my office this morning. Posted picture on IG. I like that it wasn’t too sweet but great consistency. I did a mixture of spinach and kale. Super excited and looking forward to day 2

I’m in Thailand for a year, so the frozen peaches I was able to get my hands on are pretty bland. But I can see how this can be a pretty tasty smoothie!

Kids gave this smoothie a 5! I used coconut water & dinosaur kale + one large carrot. It was really thin closer to a juice but my son asked for more so I’ll take that as a win

    Day 1..check
Used mango instead of peach and because it was a meal replacement, added 1 scoop protein powder and 1 Tbsp chia seeds. Had the energy and brain power I needed to kick start my day!

Enjoyed this simple recipe! I added a scoop of vanilla protein, which blended with the flavors well.
