Week #1 Shopping List + Recipes:
Each week we’ll be giving you a shopping list with recipes to blend. All you have to do is click the link below to download the one-page PDF! You can save it to your device, take a screenshot, or even print it out so you can take it to the store and hang it on your fridge. Save it however is best for you—just make sure it’s easy access.
At the bottom of the PDF, there’s a weekly calendar telling you when to blend each recipe. You can swap the days around if you’d like, but that’s the schedule we’ll be following. The weekends are for “freestyling.” That means you can use whatever ingredients you have left (or on hand) to make your own smoothie creations… or repeat your favorites from earlier in the week.
