- Discard the rind and cut the lemon into quarters. This fleshy part of the lemon contains the fiber, and adding this to your smoothie will keep you feeling full longer.

- ยฝ inch ginger root fresh
- 1 cup peach frozen
- ยฝ tsp ground turmeric
- 1 serving homemade protein powder optional

Lovely Lemon! I really liked this. I needed to boost the sweetness to offset the tart so I added more peaches and a spot of alternative sweetener. I also added a splash of vanilla, hemp hearts, and pea protein powder. Yum!

What a bust of flavor! I was surprised how yummy this was. Definitely tart so I added a little vanilla protein powder. Even vanilla extract would be a nice addition. Would be a wonderful summer drink too

The Perfect Lemon smoothie has a very pretty yellow color, but is a bit too tart for my taste. If I cut back on the lemon, it would probably be fine since I like all the other ingredients. I appreciate the dose of Vitamin C, though!

This is one of my favorite smoothies to make-so good! I donโt add turmeric since I take curcumin. Still DELICIOUS. If the lemons are too tart, I just add a bit more honey. (Iโve never tried Meyer lemons -definitely will the next time I see them in the store).

I’d forgotten to add some protein boost (I used hemp hearts and ground flax seeds), which definately made it creamier and dialed down the tartness (used a regular lemon).
