I DO have a smoothie bowl!! I accidentally used too much:
*4Tbs Trader Joe’s Milled Flaxseed with Blueberries*
to what was intended as a smoothie and it’s GREAT spoonable from the fridge or freezer!
Other ingredients are: 1 pint blueberries
1/2 bag (5 oz) frozen diced sweet potatoes
3 shakes of Vietnamese Cinnamon
6 dried plums
Enough Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk to blend smoothly.
Hi DiAnna,
What a happy + delicious accident! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe!

Not that this is anything like the book coming out, when I started making smoothies for myself and husband (although he has since given up drinking them), I took all the receipes I had been given from you folks, if I found a receipe I liked I typed it up and I currently have a three ring binder full of them! I’m sure the book will be better
