Meal Replacement Smoothies

One of the healthiest “fast food” options available is a meal replacement smoothie. I try and have at least one of these smoothies each day, for breakfast or lunch, to keep my health goals on track. The difference between these smoothies and others are they are boosted with superfoods that contain protein and healthy fats to create a complete meal in a glass.
