Blend up this Strawberry Peach Refresher Green Smoothie and all of the nutrition that goes with it!

It can be hard to eat all the recommended fruits and veggies for the day. Everyone is busy. It takes time to prepare a healthy meal. That’s why we have come to rely on green smoothies to help us fit all that leafy green goodness into our diets.
A glass full of nutrients
This creamy green smoothie includes a mild tasting green, bok choy, which is part of the cabbage family and has cancer-fighting properties. It’s a very good source of beta carotene. One cup of bok choy is contains 9 calories, 63% the recommended daily value of vitamin A, 52% vitamin C, and 8% calcium.

This recipe features a cancer-fighting powerhouse, bok choy, along with peaches and strawberries.
- 1 cup bok choy (fresh)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup peaches
- Blend bok choy and almond milk until smooth.
- Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
*Use frozen fruit to make smoothie cold. Can use baby bok choy or another leafy green in place of bok choy.
