We call green smoothies the healthiest fast food, because they are super easy to prep + blend, then drink right away or pack up for a busy day. Green smoothies are the very best if consumed immediately after blending, since fruits and veggies start to oxidize after 15 minutes, yet we know that doesn’t always happen. You can store your smoothie in an air-tight container (glass jars w/ lids are our fav!), and then refrigerate up to 2 days, or freeze and thaw when ready to consume. You can even turn any of the green smoothie recipes into a popsicle that you + your kids will love!

    I need to try the iron-rich smoothie bowl AND the banana chocolate smoothie.
    I’m anemic and need to add more iron to my diet and this smoothie bowl is right up my alley.
    I’ve just started using protein and was looking for a delicious recipe to incorporate it. And just like that my problem has been resolved.

    All of these smoothies look AMAZING (and the beginner’s luck is one of my faves!) but I’m most excited to try the strawberry banana. It was my favorite flavor combo when I was growing up, but I’m sure that now this version will be my go-to healthy treat. YUM!

    The Chocolate Banana Protein Shake looks amazing! I LOVE peanut butter and chocolate so this is definitely a must try. I am new to Simple Green and saw this shake on Instagram the other day and knew I had to try it!

    I will definitely be trying #5 Tropical Turmeric Cleanser! Turmeric has been a focus for health because of arthritis pain in my lower back. This smoothie is filled with lots of goodness for inflammation. Kale, pineapple, and the star…turmeric, activated by black pepper! Just the right amount of sweetness, and vitamin C too! Love trying new smoothies! Thanks Rawkstars!

    I would most like to try the tropical turmeric cleansing smoothie. I drink the turmeric tonic from the summer cleanse most mornings but have never tried turmeric in a smoothie before. Love having different smoothies everyday! Thank you!

    Although I’ve been drinking green smoothies with you guys for years, I have yet to try a smoothie bowl and the extra iron sounds like a great recipe to try!
