This challenge is for you if…
Ten days, ten salads, and the shopping already worked out. Here’s who it’s really for.
Your salads have gone boring
The same leaves and bottled dressing every time. Ten days of recipes that taste like you meant it.
You want a real meal, not a side
Pasta salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables — hearty enough to be lunch and dinner.
You want more vegetables in your day
The easiest way to eat a lot of them, without turning the oven on most nights.
You hate wasting produce
One grocery list for the whole ten days, so the greens get used before they turn.
Lunch is the meal you skip
Something ready in the fridge beats whatever is quickest at one o’clock.
You like doing it with other people
A challenge with a start date, daily emails, and a crowd doing it alongside you.
What’s inside the challenge
Ten days of salads worth looking forward to, with the thinking already done.

Menu
10-day salad menu
A new one every day — Healthy Taco, Vegan Potato, Kale Caesar, Bright Berry. Each serves two, so dinner leaves lunch behind.

Groceries
One grocery list
Split across two trips, days 1–5 and 6–10, so the spinach never turns before you reach it.

Prep
A salad prep guide
Dressings made ahead in little jars, vegetables chopped and waiting. Then it is grab, toss and eat.

Emails
Motivation emails
Encouragement, quick tips and reminders from me, start to finish. We’re in this together.

Fuel your passion
It started with one green smoothie. That was the whole plan — one a day, every day, and let it add up. I was exhausted, stressed out and frustrated with my body, and a smoothie was the one thing I could manage.
Smoothies turned into soups, soups turned into salads, and eventually it turned into this. Somewhere along the way I stopped surviving each day and started living it — a backyard family farm, running across the Grand Canyon twice in a single day, hiking to the top of the tallest waterfall in North America with my kids.
What I’ve learned from all of it is that repetition and focus are what make results happen. So ten days of salads, one after another, will get you good at this — confident making salads that are filling, full of flavor, and that actually taste good.

FAQs
Two. Enjoy one for dinner and the other as lunch leftovers the next day, or do the challenge with someone and have exactly the right amount each day. The shopping list is worked out on that basis.
So your produce doesn’t go bad. You buy only what you need for the first five days, then shop again for days six to ten. There’s nothing enjoyable about opening a bag of rancid spinach.
Both, and that’s deliberate. Fruit salads, potato salads, garden salads — some are filling enough to be dinner on their own, others are better alongside something. It’s up to you which way you take each one.
Yes, and I’d recommend it. Make the dressings ahead and keep them in small airtight containers, and chop most of the vegetables and fruit in advance — just wait to wash until you’re ready to eat. Three recipes want nuts soaked the night before, so set a phone reminder.
Not at all. Keep drinking one right through the challenge — I will. The more plants, the merrier.
A ten-day salad menu, a done-for-you grocery list split across the two shopping trips, a salad prep guide, a full-colour interactive PDF, and a motivation email from me each day. It’s yours to keep and cook from again.
Reviews
What people say after ten days of salads.
Wow-I ate a lot of salad!
I love a good challenge! This challenge being 10 days was a good number – some challenges just last too long! I loved the variety this challenge gave – it wasn’t just green lettuce salads every day. Not only did I try new salad variations but some new ingredients! I also like how there were a lot of staple ingredients too so you weren’t buying everything new for each salad. I was very excited to get out of my comfort zone and try new recipes and will definitely be adding a few of these to the regular menu! My only complaint is that the printed PDF version was missing ingredients instructions and substitutions. And a few things were unclear which made it frustrating and altered the recipes. Overall I am happy with the challenge and would do it again!
Great Kick In The Pants!
I’ve eaten WFPB for several years; in the recent past, I’d become lazy opting for more processed “vegan” food than I should. The last 10 days has been a great reminder of not only just how much better freshly made food tastes, but of how much better I feel when adhering to this way of eating. I tried a few things I would have otherwise passed by; I’m so glad I did! Please challenge us more in the future!
Loved it! Maybe local partners?
Loved it, shared it, upgraded my equipment. Maybe there’s an opportunity to work with local partners for ingredients. Understand that it seems like a pain in the ass to go local – but perhaps piggie back on local news revival initiatives? Here in Cambridge MA, would love if you partnered w/ ie Clover to source challenge ingredients locally and sustainably. Or Farmers Markets – ie collaborate so I can swing by and get what I need assembled and ready to go for a challenge from the local indie participants.
10 Days will turn into 365 Days
The challenge was an experience in changing habits with excellent resources for healthy eating. Also after 10 days, I will be making all my salad dressings at home. The shopping lists made it easy prepare for the week ahead. Thanks for your fresh voice and recipes.

10 days of going Green
My daughter and I decided to do the 10 day salad challenge to give us some different foods that she might eat. I went in with low expectations for how much she might actually even try. Man was I stunned. She had good size helpings of EACH salad. Not all were her favorites but we did manage to find some that she has requested to have again. We even got Dad to join in with us. He enjoyed them just as much. We even made the Bright Berry Salad an additional evening to go with our Cheese Night that we share with our neighbors. They raved about the salad as well. Overall, we enjoyed them and with just a few tweaks to personalize them to our tastes, will be making them again and again. Enjoyed the experience and can’t wait for another one.
Salad extravaganza
The salad challenge was very educational and displayed a wonderful melody of flavor. We were pleasantly impressed with the combination of ingredients for each of the 10 days. These recipes have been added to our home recipe book for future use. We are excited to impressed our vegan friends at the next dinner invitation.
Great way to start spring!
This 10 Day Challenge has been a great way to move with the seasons from winter into spring. I can’t wait for some of the ingredients to be locally available as the seasons move us from spring to summer to fall! These recipes will be used for years to come now.
Motivated me!
This was a great challenge! I loved the recipes and format. You made it fun and very motivating to adopt a healthier lifestyle! My family enjoyed the foods and smoothies I prepared! Thanks a bunch!
Awesome Healthy Challenge!
This challenge made me go out of my comfort zone with buying different produce for these salads. I enjoyed them all but my favourites were the Strawberry Mixed Greens salad, Lemon Arugula and the Crunchy Carrot. It was great to be organized ahead of time with the shopping lists. This saved me time and ensured that I was eating a healthy and delicious lunch every day. I would certainly complete more challenges like this again as it motivates me to try new foods and eat healthier which ultimately makes me feel better!❤️
Excellent
Without saying too much, it’s been very eye opening, as well as enjoyable.
Just a beginning!
This challenge was just the beginning for my family and I. LOTS of information and LOTS of growth to continue being the best that I can be! Can’t wait to continue this challenge.
