This challenge is for you if…
Ten days, ten salads, and the shopping already worked out. Here’s who it’s really for.
Your salads have gone boring
The same leaves and bottled dressing every time. Ten days of recipes that taste like you meant it.
You want a real meal, not a side
Pasta salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables — hearty enough to be lunch and dinner.
You want more vegetables in your day
The easiest way to eat a lot of them, without turning the oven on most nights.
You hate wasting produce
One grocery list for the whole ten days, so the greens get used before they turn.
Lunch is the meal you skip
Something ready in the fridge beats whatever is quickest at one o’clock.
You like doing it with other people
A challenge with a start date, daily emails, and a crowd doing it alongside you.
What’s inside the challenge
Ten days of salads worth looking forward to, with the thinking already done.

Menu
10-day salad menu
A new one every day — Healthy Taco, Vegan Potato, Kale Caesar, Bright Berry. Each serves two, so dinner leaves lunch behind.

Groceries
One grocery list
Split across two trips, days 1–5 and 6–10, so the spinach never turns before you reach it.

Prep
A salad prep guide
Dressings made ahead in little jars, vegetables chopped and waiting. Then it is grab, toss and eat.

Emails
Motivation emails
Encouragement, quick tips and reminders from me, start to finish. We’re in this together.

Fuel your passion
It started with one green smoothie. That was the whole plan — one a day, every day, and let it add up. I was exhausted, stressed out and frustrated with my body, and a smoothie was the one thing I could manage.
Smoothies turned into soups, soups turned into salads, and eventually it turned into this. Somewhere along the way I stopped surviving each day and started living it — a backyard family farm, running across the Grand Canyon twice in a single day, hiking to the top of the tallest waterfall in North America with my kids.
What I’ve learned from all of it is that repetition and focus are what make results happen. So ten days of salads, one after another, will get you good at this — confident making salads that are filling, full of flavor, and that actually taste good.

FAQs
Two. Enjoy one for dinner and the other as lunch leftovers the next day, or do the challenge with someone and have exactly the right amount each day. The shopping list is worked out on that basis.
So your produce doesn’t go bad. You buy only what you need for the first five days, then shop again for days six to ten. There’s nothing enjoyable about opening a bag of rancid spinach.
Both, and that’s deliberate. Fruit salads, potato salads, garden salads — some are filling enough to be dinner on their own, others are better alongside something. It’s up to you which way you take each one.
Yes, and I’d recommend it. Make the dressings ahead and keep them in small airtight containers, and chop most of the vegetables and fruit in advance — just wait to wash until you’re ready to eat. Three recipes want nuts soaked the night before, so set a phone reminder.
Not at all. Keep drinking one right through the challenge — I will. The more plants, the merrier.
A ten-day salad menu, a done-for-you grocery list split across the two shopping trips, a salad prep guide, a full-colour interactive PDF, and a motivation email from me each day. It’s yours to keep and cook from again.

What people say after ten days of salads.
Can’t beet this challenge!
This challenge is particularly fun as it makes you try combinations of food that you would not necessarily go for on your own. It makes it a nice discovery journey. Recipes are easy to follow delicious and the FB group is very dynamic. Can’t wait for the next challenge!
The Ballad of the Salads
If Ten Days can be the model for the rest of our lives, our lives will be longer, happier, and healthier.
Great Way to Reset
It only 10 days and that 10 days helps you to reset, focus on nutrition.
Runs on Plants
Such a fun way to stay motivated with great recipes to boot! What a great way to start off the Spring season
An eye opening challenge
It was my first time joining a food challenge and I wasn’t sure I could hold on. Some of the recipes were way out of my comfort zone… I asked hubby if he wanted to join me, because the recipes were for two and he surprisingly said yes. The salads were great, some combinations I wouldn’t have dreamed of, but they worked. Only one salad wasn’t our cup of tea (the carrot salad), but that wasn’t the recipe, that was us. I now can make a cashew cream an fell in love with kale. It was a great experience and hopefully other challenges will follow throughout this year.
Great Way to Try Vegan
This challenge was perfect timing as my doctor had just recommended a dairy free diet for two weeks. I already don’t eat meat and didn’t think I ate much dairy either. But maybe I did. I found these salads to be delicious and filling. With my busy schedule, it was hard to do some of the prep in advance, but it typically wasn’t too hard to toss some together last minute. I really loved the Vegan Taco Salad. The additional recipes for the walnut taco “meat” and cashew crema were awesome! Great vegan substitutes. I highly recommend this challenge to expand your horizons and up your clean eating.
Planted
Thanks for the wonderful challenge! The recipes are great and made it a delight to be more plant based!!
Plant-based…MORE than meets the eye…
The salad 10 day challenge came to me through being signed up for Run the Year challenge for 2022 in Run the Edge. I am so so glad I opened that email and made the decision to say Yes! and join this challenge. Being only 37, dealing with high blood pressure unexpectedly 6 years ago I have been researching ways to naturally lower and get off medication. Plant-based living is something that has come up many times as I research and this challenge was just the push in the right direction I needed. Doing this challenge opened my eyes to what plant-based salads could do for me. Before this I never really knew what options I had to bring variety to living this way. Now seeing there are so many ways to make just a salad! I have faith that living plant-based will be more fun and definitely life changing:) Anyone considering doing this challenge I highly encourage. Join the group for great support and you will never feel like you can’t do it!

The Queen of Green
What a wonderful Kickstart to a healthier way of eating. I look forward to the evolution of my new way of living. Great challenge !!
Gotta get your greens
This was easier than I thought. I like vegetables but eating a salad 10 days I thought was going to be though and then I saw that it was more than just salads. It was salad s with ingredients that I would have never thought of and all the recipes were delicious.
Plant Based Power!
This was such a great way to change myself over into a plant-based diet! These recipes are creative and diverse, with many options and a wide variety of healthy foods being showcased. The challenge itself was easy to do and the group support really added to my motivation. I’m now hooked on salads!
New Veggies, New Mileage, New Me
This challenge was a blast. I tried veggies I had never eaten before (who knew fennel was yummy). Some of these salads I will probably not eat again but I did enjoy trying some new things. Many of them I will take pieces of and use in future salads like that delicious strawberry dressing or using sunflower seeds as toppings. The taco salad I will make a weekly regular because it was my absolute favorite. This challenge was great because it got me using new things but was flexible enough to meet my needs (nut free household). Wish I could have gotten my husband to participate but that is his loss not mine. During this week I also achieved two workout milestones and a weight milestone. I am down 25lbs since the start of the year, ran my fastest mile, and did my longest run (5 miles). All wonderful achievements fueled by the delicious salads I had for lunch each day.
