This challenge is for you if…
Ten days, ten salads, and the shopping already worked out. Here’s who it’s really for.
Your salads have gone boring
The same leaves and bottled dressing every time. Ten days of recipes that taste like you meant it.
You want a real meal, not a side
Pasta salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables — hearty enough to be lunch and dinner.
You want more vegetables in your day
The easiest way to eat a lot of them, without turning the oven on most nights.
You hate wasting produce
One grocery list for the whole ten days, so the greens get used before they turn.
Lunch is the meal you skip
Something ready in the fridge beats whatever is quickest at one o’clock.
You like doing it with other people
A challenge with a start date, daily emails, and a crowd doing it alongside you.
What’s inside the challenge
Ten days of salads worth looking forward to, with the thinking already done.

Menu
10-day salad menu
A new one every day — Healthy Taco, Vegan Potato, Kale Caesar, Bright Berry. Each serves two, so dinner leaves lunch behind.

Groceries
One grocery list
Split across two trips, days 1–5 and 6–10, so the spinach never turns before you reach it.

Prep
A salad prep guide
Dressings made ahead in little jars, vegetables chopped and waiting. Then it is grab, toss and eat.

Emails
Motivation emails
Encouragement, quick tips and reminders from me, start to finish. We’re in this together.

Fuel your passion
It started with one green smoothie. That was the whole plan — one a day, every day, and let it add up. I was exhausted, stressed out and frustrated with my body, and a smoothie was the one thing I could manage.
Smoothies turned into soups, soups turned into salads, and eventually it turned into this. Somewhere along the way I stopped surviving each day and started living it — a backyard family farm, running across the Grand Canyon twice in a single day, hiking to the top of the tallest waterfall in North America with my kids.
What I’ve learned from all of it is that repetition and focus are what make results happen. So ten days of salads, one after another, will get you good at this — confident making salads that are filling, full of flavor, and that actually taste good.

FAQs
Two. Enjoy one for dinner and the other as lunch leftovers the next day, or do the challenge with someone and have exactly the right amount each day. The shopping list is worked out on that basis.
So your produce doesn’t go bad. You buy only what you need for the first five days, then shop again for days six to ten. There’s nothing enjoyable about opening a bag of rancid spinach.
Both, and that’s deliberate. Fruit salads, potato salads, garden salads — some are filling enough to be dinner on their own, others are better alongside something. It’s up to you which way you take each one.
Yes, and I’d recommend it. Make the dressings ahead and keep them in small airtight containers, and chop most of the vegetables and fruit in advance — just wait to wash until you’re ready to eat. Three recipes want nuts soaked the night before, so set a phone reminder.
Not at all. Keep drinking one right through the challenge — I will. The more plants, the merrier.
A ten-day salad menu, a done-for-you grocery list split across the two shopping trips, a salad prep guide, a full-colour interactive PDF, and a motivation email from me each day. It’s yours to keep and cook from again.

What people say after ten days of salads.
New favourites
I really enjoyed this challenge. I found a few new salads to add to our regular meals, even the kids enjoyed them. The strawberry arugula salad looks and tastes awesome, a great way to eat the rainbow of Color. The pasta salad showed me how versatile it can be, just toss in what veggies you have on hand, a new favorite. I can’t wait for the next challenge!
Saladapalooza
Lots of great salads to enjoy and share with friends. Fun to learn new recipes and learn new combinations of flavors.
Juicy Smoothie Slim
Love juicing. It feeds my needs and my soul. Consuming healthy foods is my goal daily. It makes my life easier because I know that juicing is healthy for me and will help keep me well and feeling invigorated. Learning new techniques and trying different things to juice is fantastic. It is amazing how creative one can get with juicing to stay healthy and yet enjoy the beverages.
Such an awesome challenge!

Mixed review
Loved the idea of the challenge. Loved the two shopping lists. Helped greatly with my meal planning. We had mixed reviews of the salads themselves and I probably won’t make them again. I’d participate in a future challenge. Thanks!

Recipes for life
The salad recipes were such a variety. The strawberry salad was so delicious. I love the way the salads used herbs that I’m currently growing in my kitchen. My lunches have been so much healthier. Thanks for the wonderful recipes.
Yummy eats
What a creative way to eat more salads and healthy greens. Glad I participated.
Enjoyable way to try new recipes!
What a great way to learn about new recipes and nutrition. It’s always a struggle to the dreaded question of what to fix for dinner. My husband has diabetes and I’m always looking for healthy ideas. Since I have health issues that sometimes makes it difficult to cook, this challenge was helpful in giving me inspiration and motivation to add more salads to the rotation!
Opened my eyes
This challenge opened my eyes to salads. I love salads but it helped me branch out of my comfort zone and helped me feel better. I’ll be making more of these salads and mixing things up.
Awesome challenge
This was an awesome challenge. The recipes were simple, easy to make and delicious. It helped me to get back to eating more veggies. If something is restrictive, it’s hard for me to stick to, but this didn’t feel restrictive at all. I would do this challenge again.
