This challenge is for you if…
Ten days, ten salads, and the shopping already worked out. Here’s who it’s really for.
Your salads have gone boring
The same leaves and bottled dressing every time. Ten days of recipes that taste like you meant it.
You want a real meal, not a side
Pasta salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables — hearty enough to be lunch and dinner.
You want more vegetables in your day
The easiest way to eat a lot of them, without turning the oven on most nights.
You hate wasting produce
One grocery list for the whole ten days, so the greens get used before they turn.
Lunch is the meal you skip
Something ready in the fridge beats whatever is quickest at one o’clock.
You like doing it with other people
A challenge with a start date, daily emails, and a crowd doing it alongside you.
What’s inside the challenge
Ten days of salads worth looking forward to, with the thinking already done.

Menu
10-day salad menu
A new one every day — Healthy Taco, Vegan Potato, Kale Caesar, Bright Berry. Each serves two, so dinner leaves lunch behind.

Groceries
One grocery list
Split across two trips, days 1–5 and 6–10, so the spinach never turns before you reach it.

Prep
A salad prep guide
Dressings made ahead in little jars, vegetables chopped and waiting. Then it is grab, toss and eat.

Emails
Motivation emails
Encouragement, quick tips and reminders from me, start to finish. We’re in this together.

Fuel your passion
It started with one green smoothie. That was the whole plan — one a day, every day, and let it add up. I was exhausted, stressed out and frustrated with my body, and a smoothie was the one thing I could manage.
Smoothies turned into soups, soups turned into salads, and eventually it turned into this. Somewhere along the way I stopped surviving each day and started living it — a backyard family farm, running across the Grand Canyon twice in a single day, hiking to the top of the tallest waterfall in North America with my kids.
What I’ve learned from all of it is that repetition and focus are what make results happen. So ten days of salads, one after another, will get you good at this — confident making salads that are filling, full of flavor, and that actually taste good.

FAQs
Two. Enjoy one for dinner and the other as lunch leftovers the next day, or do the challenge with someone and have exactly the right amount each day. The shopping list is worked out on that basis.
So your produce doesn’t go bad. You buy only what you need for the first five days, then shop again for days six to ten. There’s nothing enjoyable about opening a bag of rancid spinach.
Both, and that’s deliberate. Fruit salads, potato salads, garden salads — some are filling enough to be dinner on their own, others are better alongside something. It’s up to you which way you take each one.
Yes, and I’d recommend it. Make the dressings ahead and keep them in small airtight containers, and chop most of the vegetables and fruit in advance — just wait to wash until you’re ready to eat. Three recipes want nuts soaked the night before, so set a phone reminder.
Not at all. Keep drinking one right through the challenge — I will. The more plants, the merrier.
A ten-day salad menu, a done-for-you grocery list split across the two shopping trips, a salad prep guide, a full-colour interactive PDF, and a motivation email from me each day. It’s yours to keep and cook from again.

What people say after ten days of salads.
Unusual and delicious salads
I haven’t had time to make salads each day but I love the recipes and have already discovered new flavor combinations. I’ll be making 2 today! The shopping list has been useful and the multiple ingredient preparation ideas. Saves a lot of time and gets me using raw veg more often when they are all cleaned ahead of time. I sanitize too with a white vinegar/filtered water mix suggested by Consumer Reports. I’m planning to grow some of the veg and berries at home this year. Organic produce is very important to me.
Filling My World With Green
I realized quickly that I do not eat enough fruits, vegetables and greens. Now, I put them in smoothies, soups, and sandwiches. I try to eat a salad three times per week. My digestion has improved and I feel so much healthier. I have lost weight with these dietary changes and will strive to continue this for life!
10-day salad challenge – WOW!
I really enjoyed all the salads, but I must say the potato salad shocked me and my family at how good and creamy it was. I was skeptical and had doubts when preparing it. All of these salads will be in our regular rotation. I lost 3lbs and know I am retaining way less water. Fell energetic and happy. Thank you for this challenge. They all are so wonderful.
Excellent 10 day healthy eating fun!
I really enjoyed it. I love Organic Girl Greens! It was fun trying great new salads! 🥗 I love planr-based foods. Thanks for having this. It was a great experience.👍
Great Experience
I usually eat a big salad everyday as my main meal with a protein. I was in a rut making the same salad everyday, it was starting to get boring. The challenge gave me the opportunity to try new things, some I never would have thought of trying. Thanks!
New salads
I was able to create new salads. Yummy!
Fun, Easy, and Tasty!
Literally, I don’t have much to say aside from this was a fun, easy, yet TASTY challenge, indeed. I love salads anyway, but I felt supported throughout the 10 days through emails and informative content to read. Also, I even teamed up with my sister in completing it, so that made it more fun. Thank you for the experience and for being a great support throughout! Sincerely, Michelle
Greens For Life
I was up for this challenge so I could start my journey to being healthy. I learned so much, especially all the different salads and ingredients to make my quality of life better. I am having some health issues so this has been a start to eating healthier and exercising more. I loved all the different salads in this challenge and will be using these and more in my everyday life so I can feel better and enjoy life to its fullest!!!
Healthy and Delicious
I really loved this challenge because it was so fun trying all the delicious salads and a great way to eat healthy. This was a fun challenge for myself and I loved the great recipes.
Going Greener, growing stronger
Loved all of the recipes. I made modifications to most of them to allow for foods that don’t agree with me, but then I would think everyone does that! It was nice to receive new ideas and things to try. I got my steps (or mile) in every day except for one and that’s because it rained most of the day. I did increase my veggie intake, which was my main purpose for participating.
Gotta love salads
Loved that there were so many options to spice up our salads and make healthier choices. I appreciate the effort that went into finding these and all the extra links for recipes. It was fun to read through and make these, or pin them to make at a later date. I found it a bit confusing on how to enter the contest: do you post your comments on social media through facebook, the website, instagram or does posting a comment on someone else’s recipe count? Either way, thanks for the fun contest and recipes!
Amazing Mental Health Transformation
The fact that my mental health changed for the better, because of this challenge is amazing! I was not only healthier but my mood changed. I was more physically active and proactive in doing all my daily tasks! Loved it and definitely continuing this challenge on my own! Go Green!
Many awesome discoveries
The recipes in the challenge took me out of my comfort zone in a positive way. I love the strawberry dressing in the Mixed Greens Salad!
Beautiful salad recipes!
Thanks for doing this salad challenge. The salad recipes were beautiful!
Challenging but fun!!
It has been an incredible challenging 10 days with making new salads each day, but has been fun and enjoyable. Loved learning new salads and eating healthy. Some I had grilled shrimp or grilled chicken on to make it more of a full meal. They were all filling and satisfying. My husband was very good in having a new menu for his dinners and did well. His favorite was the Healthy Taco Salad. Mine was the Lemon Arugula Salad of which I added the grilled shrimp. Very tasty and yummie. The were all good except the potato salad. Did not like that one as I am used to my German grandmothers recipe for potato salad. Other than that, a great experience and thank you so much for doing this. Sandi
