Beauty Smoothie time: SPA Skin Cleanser

I can’t count the number of battles I’ve had with my skin over the years. From acne, to dry skin to oily skin to sunburns… I can go every which way. I’ve learned a few constants over the years to keep my luscious skin between the ups and downs: hydration, fiber and healthy fats. Yep— those three things are the magic ingredients to beautiful luscious skin.

Wanna know why? Your skin is the largest organ on your body. And like your other organs, it’s affected by what you feed it and how other organs are functioning around it. I’m gonna be blunt here: if you’re having plumbing problems, there’s a good chance it’ll show on your skin. If foods are moving through you and leaving the body at a healthy pace, then the toxins will make it out via bowel movements. Yet if you’re clogged up, the toxins will find another way out… and the skin is the next avenue (and it isn’t pretty).

To help keep my skin healthy, I rely in this beauty smoothie — SPA Skin Cleanser. It’s loaded with fiber, hydrating coconut oil and healthy fats. It’s a gem of goodness and the taste is amazing too. Blend it, and let me know what you think by leaving a comment below.

Spa Skin Cleanser for healthy, glowing skin

SPA Skin Cleanser Green Smoothie

Avocado has a significant portion of healthy fats and vitamin E, while the coconut water is like nature’s gatorade, hydrating and regenerating your tissue. By gulping natural skin boosting ingredients and applying external moisturizer, your skin should be glowing in no time. This beauty smoothie will become your go-to skin booster. 



  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 2 cups coconut water, unsweetened
  • 2 cups pineapple, frozen
  • 1 avocado


  1. Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*Use frozen pineapple to make smoothie cold.

    The avocado I always knew that it is good for the skin now, the coconut water I did not know, I will test the two when I have some result I put here again

    how often to use this smoothie (once per day, once per week etc.).

    I have awful skin, now I am understanding why.

    Hi! I’d love to make a smoothie with avocado and this combination sounds amazing. The problem is, I can’t find any frozen pineapple and I find buying fresh pineapple a bit too expensive where I live, at least in winter. What can I use to replace the pineapple? I have thought of oranges, because I read that avocado should be combined best with acid fruit. But oranges don’t blend so well… Do you have any tips?
