Day 1 of challenge! Off to a good start. The peach smoothie was delicious and satisfying, Kept me going all morning. I was surprised with how thick the consistency was. I did add my favorite protein powder.
This is a simple yet delicious smoothie! I never really use peaches in my smoothie. Thanks to this challenge, I have a new fave!
I am new to the smoothie world. My daughters have been making smoothies for a long time, so I know they can taste delicious. I made todays smoothie following the recipe, but it tasted too green for me. Maybe more banana or peaches would have tasted better to me. I am looking forward to tomorrow’s recipe. I love cherries!
Love that you’re here with us Linda! Def feel free to back off the spinach a touch if needed as you get used to having it smoothies. Can’t wait to hear what you think of tomorrow’s Mixed Berry smoothie!
I liked this smoothie! A great way to start the challenge. It was tart & refreshing. I added some extra frozen banana because I needed a little extra sweetness today 😉
Loved the smoothie. Used frozen peaches, found it very refreshing.
I liked this smoothie, but I think I needed riper peaches. I have a bag of frozen, and they weren’t very sweet, but I still enjoyed the smoothie.
I love peach desserts but not so crazy about it in a smoothie.
Thanks for giving it a blend, Eunice!
I subbed kale. Quite refreshing, but maybe my frozen peaches were overpowered
Kale can be a bit stronger than spinach in a smoothie. Def let us know what you think next time if you blend it with spinach! 🙂
Great smoothie!! I used a whole banana & coconut water then added chia & ground flax for extra benefits
This smoothie hit the spot tasting absolutely wonderful and the kids just kept asking for more too! A great way to use up some of the peaches we froze from our tree last year. We will definitely be using this smoothie combo again! I added ground flax without any complaints from the kids as well.
Love that you’re blending as a family! Such a great way to get diff fruits + veggies into our kids. You go mama!
