Rawking start to Summer

I loved the increase in my energy level. My favorite smoothie was the Avocado Banana Smoothie. I decided to add some chia seeds and cacao powder the 2nd time I made it. Amazing!

Green smoothies 4 life!

I did the 30 day challenge on my own last month & this summer challenge & now drink a green smoothie almost every day. I add the protein boost and it has already been helping to lower my cholesterol! The recipes were all delicious in my opinion. I will def be joining the next winter challenge as I love to try new recipes, even if it’s out of my comfort zone because I usually end up liking them anyway!

Loved this challenge!!! Recipes are very flavorful…

I have enjoyed all of them! What stands out??? Well the pineapple mint tropical smoothie bowl and the chocolate protein shake for me. I have enjoyed the variety and the fact you can change them up with ingredients you have on hand. All in all loved this challenge and encouragement to dry different flavors. Yummy and nutritious a win!!!!

Terrific Smoothie Vitamix Experience!

Although I enjoyed all of the smoothies the Orange Julius Green Smoothie is a fav – never used oranges before! This smoothie was just creamy enough with the Orange Julius flavor – so dreamy like a dream ice cream pop!

A fun healthy way to start the summer

My favorite recipe during this challenge was the tropical smoothie bowl. The reason I liked this is it was a new twist to a smoothie and was a perfect way to have a nice meal replacement that felt more than a drink.

Healthy is fun

One of the first with avocados in it. Hard to believe I never tried that but loved the creamy taste. I tend to like more vegetables than fruit but avocados helped me find a great balance. Thanks.
