Smoothie Challenge Reviews
What past challengers say after a week of smoothies.
Love the Kalefetti and My Favorite Smoothie…
I LOVE these Challenges. They are so much fun and help me to use my kitchen devices! I’m really loving the “Berry” Smoothies. Strawberry and Blueberry Spinach. But today’s is great because it’s a protein Smoothie. After working out for 2 hours this morning (Strength Training for 1 hour and Water Aerobics for 45 minutes)….I can use the extra protein. Oh….and the other day I defrosted a soup from the Soup Challenge. Thai Coconut Soup is GREAT! Thanks again for all the FUN! And getting more “Plant Based Foods” into my body! I’m a work in progress….but it’s helping make a difference. My photo isn’t about smoothies….but it’s my “Gotcha Day” with my pup DeeDee. After my husband died a year ago…she saved my life. She’s hysterical!
Fun way to try different things
I didn’t love all the smoothies, but it was a fun challenge. And I LOVED the chocolate protein shake one! Can’t go wrong with chocolate!
Fruit filled adventure
I just had oodles of fun on this challenge. My routine changed from focusing on making the smoothie instead of making a cup of coffee. I still had coffee but that took second stage. Many of the fruit smoothies I’ve had in Rawk the Year so they are old friends. My favorite was the cinnamon date smoothie and the chocolate protein smoothie. They are sweet, smooth and filling. Thank you for putting this together. I had so much fun.
Such a fun challenge!
I loved participating in this challenge each day! It gave me something fun to look forward to each day. Each smoothie was unique and offered something delicious to sip. I loved incorporating more whole foods and vitamins into my diet. Everyone should try this challenge!
Old Dog|New Tricks!
I knew I would enjoy this challenge but I actually really loved it. All the ingredients that were used over the 10 days are basic good healthy ingredients that I had in my refrigerator with the exception of the coconut water that I just need to remember to pick up now and again from the store but the challenge helped me learn how to mix and match these ingredients in new and tasty ways! I will definitely be using these recipes and have already recommended the Challenge to two friends. Running is my thing and raising a daughter is my joy so these smoothies help me power up for both activities! ☺️ Thank you.
Orange You Glad!
Though a hard choice at the moment, my favorite recipe has been the Orange Julius! I’ve never thought to incorporate oranges into my smoothies but once it hit my tastebuds, I feel in love and that is why I have enjoyed this challenge so much! Being able to experiment in the kitchen and falling in love with the energy I get in return has been amazing!!!
Blending for my health
My one win is my vision has improved since starting smoothie challenge.
Easy Reset
This challenge was a simple way to add one healthy meal to each day. Pineapple Mint was probably my favorite—refreshing and bright green! I love adding the Protein Smoothie Boost to make it a true meal replacement. Feeling great about progress is a true incentive to keep it up!
Good For You Tastes Good!
It is really difficult for me to eat vegetables and fruit in “real life.” They can be a hassle to prepare and just do not normally appeal to me. The Smoothie Challenge gave me plenty of direction on an easy way to use produce and the recipes were delicious. I was able to eat good food and have it taste good, too! My favorite recipe was the Cinnamon Date Smoothie. It had great flavor and consistency; I enjoyed the little bits of date throughout the smoothie.
Welcome|beginners!
The challenge did a great job of offering diverse flavors while maintaining short ingredients lists. All the recipes were fruit-heavy which makes them easy for a beginner to find palatable. At the same time I enjoyed adding additional veggies and ingredients to level up my own smoothies.
Tasty Challenge!
This challenge is great because there are so many flavors throughout the challenge. One win I had was maintaining my weight while still having lots of energy. All of the recipes were great but my favorite was the blueberry smoothie. I think it has a great combination, is very healthy, and the flavor is so amazing.
Summer fun with the smoothie challenge!
I’ve enjoyed getting my kids involved with making the recipes. We tried smoothie bowls for the first time. The tropical smoothie bowls were a huge hit with the my whole family. So good and refreshing and the toppings were fun!
A fun way to challenge yourself
If you are looking for a fun way to build a healthy smoothie habit, this it is. All the guess work is taken away, you are given shopping list and easy to follow recipes and a fun online support group. I love getting out of my normal smoothie fall back recipes and trying new and different combinations.
Chillin with my smoothies!
This was such a fun challenge. I love the variety and ease of it. The recipes were all provided and so simple. I made my smoothies for dinner each night and I didn’t have to think about it. My kids even enjoyed the smoothies with me. We are definitely keeping the recipes and making them a part of our lives. This was such a fun idea that I want to get my workplace to do a smoothie challenge now! 💚😆 Cheers to health!
