Smoothie Challenge Reviews
What past challengers say after a week of smoothies.
So dreamy!
Loved this challenge so much. It provided a nutritious start to every day. Love getting the boost of protein, veggies, fruits. It brought awareness to what and how I was eating throughout the day. My favorite recipe was the chocolate protein shake. So dreamy! I added a handful of spinach (love getting the extra greens), cordyceps for an energy boost and bee pollen. I now have a handful of new tasty smoothie recipes. Really happy I stumbled across this challenge! Thank you!
Summer send off!
I just love the smoothies! Major accomplishment is when I found my husband sneaking a popsicle! I knew I had won the battle 🙂
Yummiest smoothies
It’s hard to pick my favourite… it’s a toss up between the cinnamon date smoothie, so creamy and a perfect amount and sweet, and the chocolate protein smoothie, it has chocolate need I say more 😋
Chocolate date
I love Chocolate Protein Shake, because it has my favorite ingrediencies like banana, cacao powder and date. It make a perfect desert and no need to get anything else for my sweet tooth. 🙂
Widened my range of healthy choices
Id have to say the watermelon recipe’s are the best. Especially the watermelon popsicle which I didn’t have anything to freeze it in so I drank it like the other smoothies. I’d say the biggest win(s) were kale and spinach. Never had kale before and had never put spinach in a blender – both worked out great. It expands my dietary possibilities. So hard to get quality non-processed nutritious food. With the challenge I was able to liven up my daily breakfast with natural foods. Blending the flavors together made it all the more rewarding. I’ve included my running buddy in the photos because the challenge also made me look closer at what we feed him!
Healthy smoothie challenge!
My favorite recipe was the watermelon smoothie because it tasted like summer in a glass and was so refreshing. It was a new thing for me to add watermelon to a smoothie and will be a regular thing for me in the summer season!
Yummy
Love the yummy and interesting smoothie recipes! Very refreshing and great for any time.
Kickin’ Summer Smoothies
Over the last 10 days my biggest win was feeling the energy to workout again which in turn gave me the energy and enthusiasm I needed to power through each day! My favorite recipe was the Orange Julius Smoothie. It tasted like a cup of sunshine which was the perfect way to start my day! Thank you for hosting the challenge again!
Refreshing smoothie challenge
I actually love this smoothie challenge. It introduced me to some very great recipes that I will use going forward. Especially during the summer it’s a great time to make smoothies. They are refreshing and help cool you off. My favorite one was the Orange Julius smoothie, as it tasted close to the original but healthier. I will be making smoothies all summer long now.
Shaking things up
It was great to have variety and try smoothies I would not have tried on my own (who knew I would really dig Orange Julius?). I am so used to always having something green in my smoothies that it felt wrong to exclude spinach or kale but I followed the program and am reminded that smoothies weren’t always green 🙂
Get fitter and faster with smoothies!
I love the chocolate protein shake for its quick fix ingredients and high protein content! It’s perfect for morning and night. I lost three pounds in 10 days drinking my smoothies, really drinking a lot of water and just feeling super happy taking extra care of myself for this little bit of time.
Smoothing Away
The smoothie bowl was my favorite. Made me “wanna holla” so delicious. I shared this challenge with my sister’s and we did it together. We live in separate cities but talked everyday about the experience. Good job!
I AM a RAWKSTAR!
Although I really did love all the recipes I would have to say Day 1 Avocado Banana Smoothie was my favorite. Partly because it was so delicious, but, mostly because making it, with ingredients I had on hand, opened my eyes just how easy it was to ‘eat healthy’. I am a diabetic and well controlled but, enjoying any of these recipes w Protein Smoothie Boost should make that job even easier. I’m so happy with the protein powder too. No aftertaste. No chalky taste. No funky additives. Love it. Thank you so much from this east coast grandmother!
So Many New Options
I’ve always enjoyed making smoothies but never really explored new ideas. This challenge gave me several new healthy options to add to my regular routine. I count on smoothies to give me a boost of energy for distance running. Thank you so much for a fun challenge. I’m going to miss receiving my daily recipes!
