I fell in love with a plant-based diet when I lost the weight and gained tons of energy without really even trying. - 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoon fresh mint
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- ½ cup brewed green tea (cooled)
- ½ large grapefruit (peeled and seeded)
- 1 cup pineapple (frozen)
- ¼ avocado
- dash cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 serving Protein Smoothie Boost ( optional)
- Place spinach, mint, celery and green tea into blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Blend again. Best when served chilled.
