Smoothie Challenge Reviews
What past challengers say after a week of smoothies.
Great New Smoothie Experience
I made all 5 smoothies on this 5 day challenge and enjoyed every single one of them. These were much different than my usual smoothie where I just throw in many different fruits and don’t focus on one single flavor. It makes a very big difference to do it as directed in this challenge. These challenge smoothies were much more interesting and I looked forward to the different unique flavors each day. I will continue to make them this way.
Enjoyed all 5 smoothies.
There’s no variations to my daily smoothie. It was nice & refreshing to change it up.
Motivated to keep blending.
As well as some great smoothie recipes I loved receiving my morning email for the day’s smoothie. This kept me motivated to keep going !
Who knew hemp seeds, oats and cinnamon would taste SO good in a smoothie!
The Blueberry smoothie recipe shared this week was delicious! I’ll admit, I have never added hemp seeds, oats or cinnamon to a blueberry smoothie until now. I really enjoyed the subtle nutty flavor from the oats and seeds and the cinnamon took it up another notch. The overall health benefits of this smooth were impressive! I plan to keep this smoothie in my rotation.
I love your challenges!

A Refreshing Way to Build Better Habits
I loved the most was how easy it was to experiment with different flavors and discover new combinations
I did all 5 smoothie!
I made all 5 smoothies and enjoyed them! They were different and delicious! They definitely gave me more energy and I want to continue making smoothies!
Uplifting and unloading
I jumped in fully fledged to experience what I expected to be hard and awful yet have been so amazed and encouraged to keep living this way by the bursts of my energy and I’m sure unseen health .. I believe if I continue this the health results will become very clear.. this was so much easier than I expected and all the tips and connections to items and wisdom gave me the hand to hold each time I was close to backing down..
Smoothies are
I always thought of smoothies as more of a treat, like ice cream or milkshakes so I became very well-educated with this challenge, with all the varieties of fruits and vegetables. I was truly pleased and surprised how filling and satiating these fiber-and-nutrition rich recipes were. I did not know that frozen cauliflower can provide great texture and fiber. What a great way to easily add more fruits AND vegetables, especially with the easy availability of frozen produce. These smoothies were an awesome addition to my breakfast selections.
Quick, nourishing, and healthy smoothies
Challenge was a great way to make new smoothies and have them as meal replacements for breakfast daily. I loved trying all the different recipes.
Amazing
The watermelon and cherries smoothie was very refreshing. Really enjoyed it. So was the mango, greens, and strawberry. I will make these again and again. Love them.
Love these smoothies!
I’ve been following Jen’s recipes for several years now and am always looking for new smoothie ideas! This cleanse didn’t disappoint! I feel lighter, less bloated and more energetic than I did a week ago!
A great place to begin your smoothie adventure!
I really enjoyed the variety of smoothies provided to try! I added things to smoothies that I never thought I would (like cauliflower) and was introduced to ways to make the most out of a smoothie (making it packed full of nutrients and not just a sweet treat). Thank you! I am looking over more ideas for next week!
Community is the key!
Being on the challenge encouraged me to have a smoothie each day. It is too easy to skip a day, knowing I was part of a community keep me on target.
