What does plant-based even mean?!

A plant-based diet is all about celebrating and enjoying the foods that naturally fuel our bodies and are minimally processed. It’s truly a way of eating that’s built upon the basic principle that we should embrace plants, such as fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, whole grains; and limit the amount of meat, dairy, eggs and nutrient-poor foods (like bleached flour and refined sugar).

I have a lot going on. Is this realistic for me?

The Plant-Based Collection is a self-paced kit that you can pick and choose the activity that work best for you right now. Options range from our 100% plant-based Plant-Based Cleanse to a 30-day smoothie challenge. Pick the plan that works best for you right now, and just do it. No more excuses… right?

What if I can’t have certain nuts/veggies/fruits, etc.?

If you want the full benefit of our programs, stick with the plan as close as possible. Yet of course if you truly cannot stand cilantro, allergic to nits, etc, you can substitute them out for something you do enjoy, or email us and we can offer some suggestions.

Can my husband do this with me?

Absolutely! My husband loves our recipes, meal plans and challenges almost as much as me! Like most men, the results just seems to happen even quicker for them, yet women tend to have longer lasting results. They can do any of the programs with you, just make sure to double the shopping list and recipes to make sure you purchase enough for you both.
