One of the most popular recipes is our Pineapple Upside Down Cake Green Smoothie. A slice of this won't leave you feeling guilty though. Nope. Sippin' on our version of the classic dessert means you're nourishing your body with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Psst – come closer! Can we tell you something else? We think it tastes even better than the cake.
It's sweet, creamy, fruity and delicious – no wonder it's such a favorite with our green smoothie lovers.
Did you know cherries are one of the top antioxidant-rich foods you can eat? They also contain 260 mg of potassium per one cup serving. Not to mention the calcium, Vitamin C, iron, and even protein. Pretty sweet! Bananas add more potassium, spinach adds more Vitamin A and iron, and pineapple is full of Vitamin C and bromelain.
Try it and let us know how you liked it!
