Description

Boost your metabolism naturally with our healing morning tonic recipe. This Metabolism Tea will keep your hunger cravings at bay and also kick start the fat burning process. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 12 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water with raw honey. 
  2. Add in fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Grate fresh ginger and add into mason jar.
  4. Add a dash of fresh cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
  5. Combine well with a whisk or adding a lid and shaking up.
