Berries are naturally sweet immunity boosters, low-calorie, and full of antioxidants. Add some chia seeds + orange to the mix, and you’ve got a recipe that’s packed with fiber, vitamin C, and healthy fat that will help keep you fuller longer. Bonus—chia seeds help support your digestive tract to keep things moving regularly (always a plus!).
- 1 cup spinach
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 orange (peeled)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Place spinach, water, and chia seeds in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend again. Enjoy!
Use at least one frozen fruit to make smoothie nice and cold.
