    I have tried smoothies with berries and have not cared for them, but as I still have frozen berries at home, I will try again.

    Hello ladies! I started the challenge a few days ago, lovin it! I have about 3 cups of frozen blueberries in the freezer, however I dont see any recipes for smoothies with blueberries. Maybe I have overlooked them? Or should I juts add at random? I trust your recipes and dont want to mess a smoothie up by adding to it 🙂

    Hi !
    What about fresh cranberries, I use to blended with beets and carrots, but I don’t know the benefits of them.

    No matter what else is in the smoothie, the banana flavor over powers everything. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Janis!
    Maybe you just aren’t a big fan of bananas. Feel free to leave them out and double up with another fruit ingredient in the recipe, or replace it with something listed in this article!

    What about cherries? I don’t see that many recipes that call for cherries and I love them in my smoothies.
