Secret weapon for a healthy family : Immunity Booster Green Smoothie


Boosting your immune system is a great way to stay healthy, especially during flu season. The stronger your body is, the faster you can recover from any colds. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables contain immune-boosting antioxidants. On top of that, you can add probiotics, olive leaf extract, and elderberry extract to keep you in fighting shape all winter long.

Vitamin C Immunity Booster Green Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2
This immune-boosting smoothie is an easy way to get high amounts of vitamin A and vitamin C, which help the body fight off infections. The addition of probiotics (good bacteria) in your gut is very important— it's your body's first line of immune defense. Let's get our families healthy right now!


  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cups orange juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup carrots
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries


  1. Blend spinach, orange juice and water until smooth.
  2. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.

Recipe Notes

* Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold.

Additional immune boosters: powdered probiotics, olive leaf extract and elderberry, echinacea and propolis extracts (read label on bottles because amount varies depending on how many people (and the ages) of those drinking the smoothie)
