    I agree with you of not restricting foods, it’s unrealistic.

    Unless someone has a specific disease requiring restrictions, it’s important for people to hear this message.

    How will you feel when you make it to day 30? Wonderful!!!
    What can you do celebrate that moment? Celebrate with a delicious plant based dessert!!!

  5. I’m the “Finding Your Groove Girl!”
    I’m looking forward to doing one smoothie in the mornings to start my day and then prepping my plant-based meals in order to stay focused and on track. My goal is get my BMI under 30 and my body fat percent under 30 so doing the smoothies/plant-base lifestyle change will get me to my goals and then I can celebrate the win! Even if I only hit one of the goals I’m still going to celebrate the win and continue to work and maintain.

  6. I enjoyed the 3 lessons in the master class. After downloading the worksheet for the third class to try to make a personal meal plan, and selection takes me to Amazon and the water filter. I cannot access the recipes. Is this just a bad link? Please help, I want to get started with choosing your plant based recipes.

    1. Yes, those 4 links all send you to the amazon water filter page.

      I instead went to the main dropdown menu & gained access to all the recipes right there.

  7. The meal planning method I’ll be embracing is to actually have a plan! Having those plant based meals planned makes a huge difference and makes me look forward to the next amazing meal. And cooking 2 portions help me not only know what’s for dinner tonight but also leaves me with a healthy lunch portion for the next day. It’s like a 2 for 1 special!!

  8. Finding a Groove was where my scorecard of 20 landed me during the 1st MasterClass.
    Though I’m truly a Newbie & my plan is to start out with a green smoothie every day.
    Sticking with it by portioning out the smoothie ingredients a week at a time – so it’s easy to grab & blend every day!
    Hoping to feel UNSTOPPABLE after 30 days & then plan to add a couple of plant based dinners every week!
    Celebrating the occasion by going dancing! And as a bonus celebration maybe get one of those masterclass kitchen tools too!!

  10. I’ve been joining in the challenges and cleanses for the past several months and am part of the Rawk the year community. I’ll be doing a different cleanse for the next 2 weeks (also mostly plant based) but plan to continue using my membership and plant based recipes after the cleanse.
