Healthy Popsicle Recipe for Glowing Skin

Most grocery store popsicles are full of added sugar and fake flavor, while these homemade popsicles are just fruit + veggies, and flavor!

I’m all for a healthy popsicle all day every day… why not?!

I love how you can take any of our green smoothie recipes and transform them into smoothie bowls or popsicles just like that. Super easy and keeps the healthy plant-based eating foundation going on.

Health benefits of this popsicle recipe

This popsicle recipe is from our Fresh Start Spring Cleanse and is loaded with healthy fats and fiber… which should become your new BFFs (if they aren’t already).

Avocado and coconut have beautiful amounts of healthy fats in them naturally, which is why I like to blend with them.

Healthy fats help our digestive system, our skin and our hydration levels as well— and all of this translates into glowing clear skin.

How to blend a popsicle

The key to a delicious healthy popsicle is making sure all the chunks are gone. You want something smooth and creamy to suck on— not chew on. I use my Vitamix, which is the best high speed blender (in my opinion).

Save money on a high speed blender

If you’re in the market for a new blender, I highly recommend you check out this “secret deal” I’ve got with Vitamix. You can get a high speed blender with a 5-year warranty for under $300. It’s incredible, honestly.

Just click this link, pick your color and then add to your cart. In the checkout, you’ll see the discounts magically appear and the price drops $160 just like that (plus you get free shipping)

Me and my kiddos Love this recipe for popsicles or smoothies! What is the difference between using the CANNED coconut milk vs. the regular stuff in the box/refrigerated? Thanks!

    • SGS Rawkstar Amanda says:

      Hey Stephanie,

The canned full fat coconut milk is much richer and creamier than the regular coconut milk you could buy in the cold section or the box. It makes for a delicious added flavor to any smoothie or popsicle!!

Where do I purchase the popsicle molds like those in the picture?

  12. SGS Rawkstar Amanda says:

    Hi Jane,

Sick of coconut? Say it isn’t so!! Hahaha, just kidding. Swap in another plant-based milk you love! Some great options are almond milk, hemp milk – and my creamy favorite – cashew milk!

  13. Sabra Fulsom says:

Quick question. I’m 56 years old and have cystic acne. I’m not very fond of popsicles so could I reap the same “glowing skin” benefits by just drinking the smoothie without freezing it?
