By gulping natural skin boosting ingredients and applying external moisturizer, your skin should be glowing in no time. This beauty smoothie will become your go-to skin booster.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, (fresh)
  • 1 cup coconut water, (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup pineapple, (frozen)
  • 1/2 avocado

Instructions

  1. Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

*Use frozen pineapple to make smoothie cold.
