Where Do I Get the Recipes?

After you signed up, we sent you an email with the subject line, "You're in! Recipes + shopping list inside." Inside, click a button and download a digital guide with the recipes and shopping lists to do the challenge.

How Do I Lose Weight on the Challenge?

Great question! Weight loss is one of the happy side effects of eating fresh whole foods, but it's not "that easy." I suggest swapping 1-2 meals a day for smoothies that include a plant-based protein. You'll need to boost the smoothie recipes with protein to nourish you for a meal replacement. I suggest adding one scoop of Protein Smoothie Boost to your smoothies if trying to lose weight and have smoothies as meal replacements.

Why Do Only Some Recipes Have Spinach?

In this challenge, we've included four green smoothies plus six plant-based smoothies that use a variety of summer fruits like watermelon, cherries and mango. If you want to get a daily dose of leafy greens in each smoothie, add 1 cup of spinach to the recipe. Adding spinach will change the color, but the taste is still delicious. Try using other leafy greens like kale, chard, basil or mint if you're feeling adventurous. #greensmoothiestyle

Where Do I Get the Shopping List?

The shopping list is broken into two sections; five smoothies are included with each list. I suggest buying as much frozen fruit as possible (this saves you money and time prepping) and using fresh greens (they blend better).

The shopping list has all the ingredients to make the ten smoothies for one person without waste. Feel free to shop from both lists right now if you'd like to prep all ten days of smoothies and store them in your freezer so you're ready to go.

How Do I Prep Smoothies?

When it comes to prepping, I like to use wide-mouth mason jars. Put the fruit in first and the greens in last. Do NOT add any liquid to your smoothie packs. You'll add the liquid right before you blend.

What Protein Powder Do You Recommend?

Over the years, I've tried almost all of the plant-based protein powders (most companies send them to me for free to test out), and I never found one that I absolutely loved. They were filled with sweeteners, gums and artificial flavors or were gritty and gross. 

So, I decided to make my own. I spent years formulating my plant-based protein powder that would taste great in my smoothies and only use the best ingredients. It was a crazy journey, but I believed from the beginning that it was possible.
