  1. Not only am I excited to switch to a plant based diet for my own health needs ( familial cancer and diabetes) with all of the benefits described, but I anticipate my new found energy and well being setting a good example for my family and maybe even eliminating their fear of change so they may try some plant -forward meals as well. For years I have allowed their food preferences to determine what I prepared while I begrudgingly ate what I felt was not healthiest for me and what, frankly, made me feel heavy of heart and mind. Today, thanks to you, I begin my plant-based journey to empower myself, supporting a more authentic and healthy way of life.

  2. I want to do this, I keep saying I want to do this but I haven’t figured out how to actually jump into it.
I’m hoping this class will get me closer to “just doing it”!!!

    1. Hi Bertha! Taking the first step can be the hardest part of your journey. You got this!

  3. I pretty much eat healthy now but i want what food’s i crave that are not healthy replaced (healthy versions) to satisfy what is sabotaging me from being wholistically heathy!

    1. Hi Genese! I do the same! I have a sweet tooth and try to find healthier substitutes for my cravings!

  4. I don’t want to worry about my health. I have a lot of friends, family and neighbors that need encouragement. I want to be that encouragement to them physically, emotionally and spiritually. Health is wealth and if I am healthy, I am wealthy. And I want to spread my wealth throughout the land. The only way that can be done is to be healthy. Energy rubs off and I want my eating habits to be like the energy that will rub off on others. The fast food and fast casual industries and taking over our health. And the pharmaceutical industry is waiting for us to buy their brands. I want to help by example but also by awareness. Taking this MasterClass will equip me with the knowledge I need to help others and myself. I want my journey to be exciting and fun.

    1. Hi Marcus! SO glad you have an awesome support system, that is key! Love your outlook on being healthy and staying healthy! It’s so hard to initially get started but once you do you are right, the journey will be exciting and fun!

    1. Hi Katherine! I hope you find some awesome new ideas! We have tons of recipes on our blog as well!

  5. I’m tired of my doctor telling me I have high cholesterol! She only offers to start me on statins. When I ask about holistic management, she says that isn’t her job and “see you next year for your physical”. I believe plant based diets will help manage cholesterol thus reducing the risks associated with it. Looking forward to cranking up my Vitamix more often!

    1. Hi Liz! So glad you’re looking into a plant-based diet! The vitamix will definitely come in handy!

  6. I have been eating 80-95% Plant Based for a number of years and lost a great amount of weight and regain my health and positive outlook on Life. I did not even gain weight doing the first 2 years of COVID. The last 8 months I have been working under a stressful work place and my 35 year old daughters moved back into my home. I have gain back 15 lbs. and my eating is still 75% plant based but I am over eating and not moving enough or drinking my gallon of water daily like I use to. I feel I am losing control and out of my space… I want my good digestive health back I want my good sleep back and I want to be the best I can be at this stage of my life.

    1. Hi Lydia! Awesome job sticking with being mostly plant-based for so long! Life changes can really derail our goals but as long as we get back to them everything will be alright!

  7. Thank you so much Jen for conducting this class. I am hoping to reinvigorate my desire to eat better resulting in weight loss as well as feeling more energetic and becoming a more positive person for my family and friends. I already have your two cookbooks so I am hoping to get started this week. I am excited!

    1. Hi Karen! You are so welcome! I’m ready for you to have more energy and be more positive for those around you. Thanks for rawkin’ with me!

  8. I have followed you for several years and have done several smoothie, soup, & salad cleanses throughout. I always look forward to your challenges and feel much better as I complete each session.
I have some autoimmune issues and my why is to recognize what is toxic to me and to improve my nutrition. I also want to be the best version of me for myself and my family, especially my Grandchildren!
I am currently under holistic nutritional care and have been learning a lot from my coach. It has been quite an interesting learning process as I continue on my journey of health.
Your masterclass invite was perfect timing! Thank you as always, Jen, for laying down the foundation and for quiding us to be the best version of ourselves! You Rawk! 🙂

    1. Hi Diana! So glad you’ve been with me for a while! So glad you’re working with someone for nutritional care and are learning so much about nutrition. I’m so glad you signed up for the masterclass and are still rawkin’ with me!

  9. My entire life. I’m tired of being sick and living from one pill bottle to the next. I’m ready to lose weight and get healthy once and for all. I looking forward to the tools for success and health.

    1. Hi Lana! Your goals are awesome@ Here’s to getting healthy once and for all!

    1. Hi Susie! So glad you’re thinking of your husband, children and grandchildren on your journey to get healthier!

  10. My goal is more energy, fewer gut health issues and weight loss and I have been experiencing each of these after a couple months using the Simple Green Smoothie book. Now I want more. As I change eating habits with goal success I will have more leverage to get my husband on the band wagon. 🙂

    1. Hi Patsy! More energy has been one of the top goals I’ve read from those in the masterclass! Starting with the smoothie book then moving on is awesome! Husbands can be hard sometimes, but not impossible!

  11. I have been following your smoothie recipes for a while after finding you through Vitamix.
I had never considered incorporating plant based meals until I participated in your Winter Cleanse. I needed a reset, and it was such an eye opener.
Now I want to learn all I can from you.
Thank you for your passion! I am feeling lighter, with more energy.

    1. Hi Alane! So glad you’ve been with us for a while and proud of you for completing the Winter Cleanse! Stick around, there’s more to come!

  12. Hoping to gain more knowledge of reading labels and understanding what is good and bad. Want to continue being sugar and white flour free, while also being low sodium to help me get off blood pressure medicine.
I know it will be emotionally challenging as is any change, and coming from years of eating many sweets, the cravings are real! Physically I want to gain energy to wake up and feel good, to lose weight, to gain strength/focus to be there for my husband, family, staff in ways I’ve just been too tired to be. I want to feel like I can dress up and go out and not be self conscious.

    1. Hi Maggie! It can definitely be emotionally challenging when changing your lifestyle but know that it will be worth it! I am also a sweets girl myself and have found great success in changing out my cravings for better sweets!

  13. Thanks for doing this masterclass, Jen! I’m excited to move toward being a rawkstar! I’m currently a 19 on your scorecard – getting my groove! I turn 70 this year and want to turn back the clock a little by changing the way I eat! I know what I should be doing, but need to be more accountable and disciplined! I started drinking green smoothies and eating more salads 12 years ago, but then life got busy and I fell into some bad habits. I know if I can move to plant based (with eggs, fish and chicken in moderation), I will feel and be healthier (emotionally and physically healthier)! My family and friends will benefit as I become a role model for them! I’m excited to be getting back to eating more delicious veggies and fruits! Thanks for doing this 3-day masterclass – can’t wait until tomorrow! I’m off to attack my 1/2 gallon of water (not close to a gallon yet)!

    1. Hi Jo Anne! I’m so glad you’re with me for the masterclass and have been with us for a while! Being a role model for others is an awesome goal to have!

  14. Transitioning to plant based for the overall health of my family. We all have things to benefit from healthier snacks and meals. The biggest thing is that we’ve all found foods we love. It’s not torture. I love to cook so it has been kind of an adventure! Also love the freedom to eat the healthy choices and not feel obligated to track, measure or count. My body is changing and I’m fully satisfied.

    1. Hi Robin! Love that you’re including your family in this lifestyle change. They will appreciate it for sure!
