  1. I stopped eating plant-based when I was bulking up to heavy lift. I hit my weight lifting goals and I felt my best when I was plant-based so I’m super excited to get back to it and take even further than I did before!
Also, I had a heart attack in 2022. It was an electrical birth defect that we never knew I had. My lifestyle helped save my life that night. Even though it’s fixed and I’m not on any medication and am breathing better than ever, I still have to keep in mind that even though my heart’s “plumbing” is fine, the electrical issue caused permanent damage. I need to be mindful and respectful of that and eat the best way I can. I need to my body fat % to a much better number.

Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” I believe that 100%. Both of my knees are bone-on-bone. I drink a gallon of water each day and when I eat plant-based, I have ZERO pain. I still lift, box and do reformer Pilates pain free. Not even Tylenol.
I also do not have children to help me as I age (I’m 52 now) and my husband is 71. I need to be in my best health and have energy to care for us.

As my husband sees the way I eat, he gradually incorporates certain parts of it in his diet. That, by nature, will help him be healthier as well. Nobody can believe he’s 71 when they see him. People always guess him to be late 50’s.

  2. What are you hoping to achieve or change? I want to change my body. I’ve followed your plan before and it changed my body and the way I felt about myself. I was not able to commit like I would have wanted to, so I’m back.

Why is that important to you? Because I am the only one who can really take care of myself. My body has been good to me and I owe it to myself and my body to get healthy. It’s a choice I desperatley want and need to make.

How will it impact you emotionally and physically? Beautifully, I alreday know. My body will change and with it so will my attitude towards everything. I’ll feel good and look good.

Who else could benefit from you doing this? My family and my friends –for the better.
