If you’re not a fan of bananas, feel free to swap the banana for 1/2 avocado. You’ll get a creamy smoothie AND boost it with some healthy fats and vitamin E, which is wonderful for your skin. Sometimes I’ll half a banana and 1/4 avocado to the recipe to change it up and get the best of both worlds. The beauty of a green smoothie is, as long as you follow the Rawkstar Formula, you’ll get a tasty green smoothie every time.
